James was very pleasant when he arrived and my dog looked to be doing very well. I was told by the individual holding my dog for pickup that Christina, who I talked to, to organize the trip prior to being connected with James, was not very pleasant. I was informed that James had no information, like the address he’d be picking up my dog from and did not have any contact info for the individual who had my dog. All he had was my number. Had I not asked if he had that information, it could have delayed the pickup even further.
