This is the third time I have used a pet transporter from citizen shipper. Benjamin was our driver this time and he was great! We had to ship our beloved American Eskimo Dog Trio 650 miles from Northern California to Ridgefield Washington at the last minute (3 days). Benjamin was a very good communicator and he sent us pictures along the way. I appreciate that he and his partner have been transporting rescue dogs who's time were "up" at shelters to save their lives. You can tell he loves what he does and has a great positive attitude. Hayley is just amazing. Our cat Antoinette had been an office cat for years, mainly because she would yowl nonstop when we tried to place her in her forever home. They just kept bringing her back. She loves me and I love her, so I decided to bring her here. Hayley endured hours of nonstop meowing - a record according to her. She is the best and I am so glad we entrusted our beloved Antoinette to her.

Bill's communication was great from the initial planning to the final delivery. He was flexible and worked with us to ensure he delivered exactly what we needed. Our 1 year old Bernese Mountain Dog was safe in his care the whole time and Bill took great care of her throughout the trip ensuring she was comfortable and had fun. The GPS tracker put us at ease, and we loved getting constant picture updates throughout the journey. We would absolutely recommend Bill!

Wish I could post a "0" it was that bad! This was the final message to Eric & Haley after a terrible experience with them I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM: Eric & Haley, I have zero faith in you guys, you've missed 2 pickup times already, now you want some other guy pick it up, I've asked for the address where my trailer will be dropped off in wait until Eric would bring it to Texas-no answer, I assume you will miss a 3rd pick up date and not deliver by the 17th. I'm going to look at my options. Cancel!

Jill is a very loving and caring provider! She kept me informed along the route and sent photos and videos of Mandy. I was so excited to see my Mandy arrive in such great spirits, but I think she fell in love with Jill on the trip and is missing her! Jill made sure Mandy had nice walks and runs in fenced dog parks and lots of socialization with other dogs. I am very pleased with Jill's excellent services and feel confident recommending her!

Okay this review is for the people who are nervous and suspicious of everyone LOL -like me! I just wanted to leave quick review, he made the whole process super easy!! I was asking for a specific date....he was super flexible, and then he just gave me all the details. I received pictures and check-ins, and a very accurate ETA! Hayley did an amazing job transporting Luna to the other side of the country. She was an excellent communicator throughout the journey as she sent multiple photos and text throughout the day. It appeared that Luna, my dog, was happy and given several opportunities to get out of the car and stretch her legs. Hayley clearly loved on Luna and treated her as if she were her own. Hayley had enough room in her van so that Luna could travel the entire trip on her dog bed which really put my mind at ease; Luna doesn't do well in a crate so I was beyond thrilled that Hayley was willing to let Luna do this. She encouraged me to create a text thread with my daughter who would be recieving Luna on the "other end" so that everyone was updated at the same time. I was HIGHLY recommend Hayley to anyone looking for an animal transport. Loved her and the service she provided!!!
