I too have been sitting here reading the reviews thinking to myself—should I really send my family member with a stranger? Don’t think twice about this guy. He’s nice as can be, communicates well, and is a total animal lover. He stopped a countless amount of times to let the dogs out to use the bathroom. Rick transported my dog from Chicago down to Hilton Head, South Carolina, and the entire experience was outstanding. He kept me updated the whole way, sending plenty of pictures and videos, which made a huge difference and gave me real peace of mind. You can tell he genuinely cares about the animals he’s transporting. Overall, just a super loving, trustworthy guy. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Sharessa took our 2 kitties across the country from Texas to NYC. She kept us up on her progress and with any questions along the way. She even organizes having soft claws put before delivery.
