I would highly recommend OkieDokie Pet Taxi to anyone she is very responsive and takes very good care of precious cargo as if were her own. We had such a great experience with Naomi! She drove our two dogs from Seattle to San Antonio, and we couldnāt have asked for better care throughout the entire trip. She communicated with us regularly, provided updates along the way, and even sent pictures so we could see how the dogs were doing. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in good hands. Our dogs arrived happy and safe, and we are so grateful for how well Naomi cared for them. We highly recommend her to anyone needing pet transportation!

Do not use her, I sent her a $475 down payment. She used my payment to go rent a RV for another person animal. Then she tells me the RV place did not give her her deposit back so she does not have my down payment and can not transport my dog. My family had made plans to fly out and had to cancel due to her. So I asked if she could pay half of my down payment back and she stated she does not have anything. I honestly think she is a huge scammer!!! No way you should be transporting anyone animal if you donāt have your own emergency funds.

Excellent service, was amazing with my dog and 2 cats and super flexible with the chaos of how planning my cross country move went with changing dates up a bit. Received regular updates, location pings, and photos of their journey. I couldnāt be happier with how smooth everything went! Especially considering my pup is highly nervous, he went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable well cared for.

Elena was so very caring with my father's dog! We really appreciate Elena's sensitivity to how much upheaval the dog had been experiencing, and how she welcomed the affection and companionship our sweet dog wanted to give. The scheduling can be a little challenging, just as Elena warns: she works whenever she can, which may not be within typical awake hours. This was the only difficulty, and again, it's one we knew was a possibility. Would certainly recommend and even use again should the need arise!

Ruben very punctual, he is very helpful. I didnt know my breeder will not put my puppy in a carrier, Ruben went out of his way to get me a carrier. Ruben was also communicating and updating me the whole time. Thank you for delivering my puppy safely and on time.
