Terrible customer service skills who makes a pick up window going into 11 pm on any day wonât send out confirmations until close to midnight âŚâŚ makes verbal promises that he has no plan on keeping then tells you it was in the contract he agreed to a pick up date before I paid after I paid he completely flipped the script I know you think your saving a few bucks booking him I can guarantee you he charges for food anything additional and heâs very RUDE I would rate him a negative 5 but it wonât allow me I wouldnât trust this company with a penny of my time or money they write small prints make you sign 15 page contract then the drop off was around 8pm-12am MIDNIGHT!!!!!!! Monster of a company I suggest jazzys for 200 more your dog is secure she does accurate timing pricing and overall she cares about her customers

AJ was really amazing on all levels! He was so professional, friendly and kept the lines of communication open from start to finish! His pricing is also fair and reasonable. After he dropped Lola off he even sent me a video showing me that she was safe and with her original owner! I would totally recommend him to anyone who needs to transport their pet. Barry was great. He had already built a bond with Jinx (5yo female doberman) when he got her to me from her previous owner. So much that I almost felt bad taking her from him. He communicated well, was reasonable, and all around great to work with.

Amir, the delivery driver was excellent. He was very courteous and prompt. His trailer was very clean, and he did a superb job of securing my motorcycle in the trailer. I paid him in cash for the quoted price. Tempus Logix, on the other hand, sent me a message and claimed that the driver wanted and additional $50 but required I pay it to them instead of the driver. I suspect the driver knew nothing about the extra $50 and probably didn't receive it. That's why I gave a 4-star review. It's an average of three for Tempus Logix and five for the driver. Abigail thatâs the name of the person whoâs supposed to transport my dog , sheâs very unresponsive person, always text to her after I my the booking transport to my dog , she never shows up to pick up my dog, thanks God I didnât send it with her, if not I wouldnât know where is my dog !!! DONT TRUST IN THIS PERSON ABIGAIL OR THIS APP . They just stole my money of booking reservations !! I lost my money.

Paul is patient and kind. You can see how much he truly cares about the animals. I do not know what we would have done if we had another person transport our dog. Even through every curve ball that threw me for a loop, he was there and calm. He made sure Lucy arrived safely and gave me updates all throughout the trip. Lacey and her husband are the definition of getting SH!T done. With issues outside their control, they adapted and worked through those issues to make sure my soon to be 7 Y/O potbelly pig Buddy made it safely/comfortably/non stressed home to his Dad today! The type of personal service and caring for my animal was something youâll never receive from any corporate ran service. Just 2 hardworking Americans that went above and beyond on something that some see as sooo soooo simple. Until you have to do it! Words canât express my genuine gratitude for Lacey and Larry. Amazing experience. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Great videos with details on where they were and stayed along the way. She transported our Aussie Doodle and Golden Doodle over 1600 miles and both doggies arrived right on schedule , rested and so happy. All the updates so much appreciated and you could that both dogs being well cared for and loved. Thanks for transporting our pups and we would definitely use you again!!!!
