It was hard to confirm at pick up time. It wasn’t confirmed until 10 pm the night before. Pick up was scheduled for 5am with drop off the next morning at 9 am. Shawn text and asked if we could drive 3.5 hrs and meet him for an 1130 pm pick up in Dayton Ohio. This was unexpected as we had arranged a 9 am pick up the next morning in Romulus. Shawn did send pictures during transport and took good care of the dog.

I would not recommend this service. The driver was difficult to communicate with and pick up occurred several days after the request requested date. The same issues arose on the return with the driver offering to pick up the dog two weeks after the agreed date. The driver did quickly refund the money immediately when I canceled the return which was much appreciated.

I could not thank Sam enough. He responded promptly to a request that seemed near impossible: a last minute cancellation by another transporter, Sam pulled an all nighter to deliver our 9 week old puppy over 500 miles safe and sound!!! He provided real time tracking, updates with live videos and pictures, and an estimated eta various times during their journey. I would trust Sam time and time again. The most amazing experience using this platform for the first time! And it won’t be the last! Thank you Sam!!!!!!

Very sorry for the delay… Jeff delivered our Mowgli safe and sound from The Happy Cat Hotel (a great boarding facility for cats with multiple locations across the country). Jeff made extra effort to get around the large snowstorm headed up the East Coast. Again, I can’t thank you enough and Mowgli is a very happy camper now. I would recommend it to anyone.

Natalia IS fantastic!! She transported our 10 yr old Pit and 16 year old cat from coast to coast pretty much. Our pup has separation anxiety normally but was on a happy road trip. We got pics every day of her and she was loving it. Natalia picked them up on time, dropped them off as planned and took care of them as if they were her own.
