Dear Shippers, I used Gogo Gadget to transport my puppy from WI to Fl. He was the ultimate best transportation for my new puppy. He matched the price of the other bids, and organized the pickup and delivery. He was very responsive when I texted him or called him. He took pictures of the puppy through out the trip, he has a feature that allows you to see him on real time during the trip. His truck looks brand new and it is beautiful set up to accommodate the precious cargo. He was gentle and caring to my puppy! He taught her how to walk on a leash. The dog actually cried when he handed her over to us!! He made sure she was a happy puppy with him. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him to transport anything special. First, we were a little nervous giving our dog over to a complete stranger to then have him drive her 17 hours away. We were also nervous to give her to someone that didn't have that many reviews. However, there was no need for any of those worries. Eugene made the experience incredibly positive and transparent. He always responded to our conversations and text messages promptly, and he often sent texts and photos throughout the trip. He also arrived at the destination a day earlier than expected, which was a great bonus, but also offered to wait until the agreed upon arrival date if needed. Our dog, Riley, got along with Eugene amazingly, and I truly felt like he treated her like his own. I heard that she was sad to say goodbye to him. He's clearly a great dog caretaker and friend. I would highly recommend using Eugene to transport your pets, and I would definitely use him again if I had the need. Eugene, thank you for taking care of Riley, and treating her like your own pet. 5 Stars for a Great, friendly, and reliable service. I needed to ship my new puppy from Austin, TX to Fayetteville, NC. She was a birthday gift for me from my Mother in Law. I was nervous at first using this website because I wasn't sure how legit this was or how to make sure I can trust the person driving. But Shane and his driving partner definitely proved that they are legit and amazingly sweet people. They were responsive to my texts and phone calls. Sherry recently drove my senior English Bulldog from CA to FL. She was very responsive and sent me pics of my fur baby Lulu. Since Lulu can be aggressive, I had inquired about Lulu ridding w/ other dogs. She assured me that Lulu would not be ridding w/ other large dogs and would only be ridding w/ a puppy or a cat.Unfortunately, that was not the case. Additionally, I had inquired about being in a crate as my Lulu has never been in crate. Sherry assured me Lulu would be free to roam around the van. Unfortunately, that was not the case for a few days. Lastly, she had estimated her trip to be 4 nights/5 days. However, it took 6 nights/7 days. Stress-free from start to finish!! Wondeful experience. You can’t ask for more than that! Kevin answered all of my questions and responded quickly and courteously. We had such a hard time looking for ground transport for our Frenchie moving back from South Korea due to a military base move. All the airlines wouldn’t fly him from Seattle due to his snub nose and it forced us to look into ground transport and most companies either didn’t respond or we had to call over and over again. This shipment was very important to me because my brother recently passed away and I needed to get his dog to Ohio. Let me start by saying that I couldn’t have had a better experience. I needed Queen picked up on Monday but Shane and his crew couldn’t accommodate due to travel times (completely understandable). I was shocked when Shane called me and told me that he had found a way to get queen on Monday. He sent someone else that he works with to pick her up and bring her to him. Shane knew how much this dog, and a few of my brothers items meant to me, and found a way to get it done. Shane hit a few “road blocks” along the way, traffic, fatigue, ect. Shane felt very bad about the delays. I continued to stress to Shane that safety comes before his schedule and that it meant nothing if my brothers dog didn’t get here safely. My wife and I both work 9-5 jobs. When Shane realized that he would be late and arrive during our working hours he came up with a few solutions. Shane offered to find a certified pet sitter, or offered to drop her off at my local vet for pickup after we were off of work. The best part is that Shane offered to pay for the sitter or vet fees at his expense and then have me wire him the money later! He’s sick a trusting guy. I was able to have a family member at my house when he arrived instead. Shane and his team constantly sent updates via phone call or text and never got upset about the many times I called him. I’d definitely recommend Shane to anyone that needs to have an animal transported. I will use his service in the future for a wide range of things if needed. Great job Shane!

Ok, this was the best experience ever. I've had to ship pets via plane before, and I always worried about them. This was my first time shipping via an actual person, who drove across the country with my cat and my motorcycle. Both of them arrived in perfect condition. The bike was picked up at my old residence, and the cat was at the vet. Kevin got them picked up smoothly and on time. Thomas drove them both up here, and they arrived on time and in great shape! The level of communication was fantastic - I never wondered where they were or how they were doing. Thomas even sent pictures of the cat cuddled up to him in the evening sleeping. While John was responsive and got me my dog a day early from Las Vegas to NJ, My dog left Las Vegas fine and arrived with a horrible case of ringworm. He had sent me pictures the Whole way and the day before she arrived I asked from her picture What’s the lump on her head? At first he claimed it was an illusion and then he said it was just a dry patch and how he had put some médecine on it. When she arrived she was covered in ringworm spots. He claims to have not noticed over 4 days time with her. While he was very kind and efficiently got me my dog and while I’m grateful I can’t help but feel slightly upset because he claims he’s got nothing to do with her having ringworm even though she had JUST visited a vet the day before she left and had no spots the entire time till the last day or two of her journey with him. More vet bills after paying a hefty amount of cash to someone is the last thing I need. She’s supposed to be a service dog for my son with autism, he can’t even touch her now till she’s cured. Nightmare. That’s all. But he was friendly . I also think it could have been the cage he used for her which I guess if I had had my own wouldn’t have happened . Either way. If you do use John , make sure you have a clean bill of health on paper as well as your own cage. Otherwise you risk your animals health .

At Your Service Pet Transport LLC is by far the best pet transport company on Citizen Shipper. Very communicative and responsive and very very helpful throughout the whole process. We had them pick up our two doggies at DFW and transport them to us in San Antonio. Considering the obastacles they faced, Jullee and Barbie moved heaven and earth to make sure my wife and I received our doggies in a timely manner. The company that had our two dogs shipped from the Philippines had left so many details unaddressed. Our dogs arrived on a Sunday and customs for live animal shipments was closed. The airline that our shipper used was little to no help. Jullee and Barbie persisted and wouldn’t leave until they had possession of our dogs. Thank goodness, because when they received them, they were both out of water and nether of them had been let out of their kennels or fed for a couple of days. Jullee and Barbie saved the day!!! Higher recommend this company. They will treat your pets like their own. The even reached out a few days after delivery to see how our doggies were doing! You cannot go wrong if you choose At Your Service Pet Transports LLC.

HE LOST MY CAT AND CAN'T/WON'T TELL ME WHERE. Hopefully if you read nothing else, you see that sentence. Ignore all the other reviews because mine is truly the only one that matters at this point because you will be putting your beloved family member in danger if you ignore me. Proceed with John at your own risk. If you still choose to go with John, I hope to God everything works out okay because if it doesn't, how will you live with yourself knowing you were warned about him ahead of time? CitizenShipper has opened up an investigation into the situation and told me they suspended his access to his account pending the results of said investigation. John kept my cat Marlo out of his carrier from what I know and what the pictures show...the entire time. He was expected to drop off Marlo to me in Denver on Saturday. At 2:30pm Saturday I texted HIM about an ETA and he said, "we were expected to be back around 7pm. I'll call you soon." He calls 20 min later and starts with this huge long dissertation before I interrupted him and asked "JOHN DID YOU LOSE MY CAT?!" He said yes. At 6:30 that morning at a "small gas station in a small town in Nevada." He said Marlo must've stepped on the window button and gotten the window down and jumped out. He lost my cat and didn't tell me for 8 HOURS. John said he contacted the local animal services office and a local rescue but the former was closed and the latter said they'd put something up on social media. (they did). He said he was going to wait at the gas station until 6 pm but then he had to move on to his next stop. Over the course of the last 3 days I've learned that chances are very high that Marlo was lost BEFORE Saturday morning. The manager at the gas station (a large Pilot truck stop, NOT a small town gas station) said that John did NOT wait around. In fact, he CALLED about Marlo missing, saying he was "almost to Salt Lake City but he'll come back if the cat is found" so he did not stick around and wait for him. He also said he was driving like 15 miles away to get colored copies made of a Lost poster but lo and behold, the copy machine was broken. (yeah...you can't use a copy machine when you're 500+ miles away). The manager at the Pilot checked the security cameras for the timeframe in question and didn't see anything that John says took place. He said he really doesn't think the cat was lost in that area. Looking back into my text messages, John sent regular picture updates until Thursday morning and on Friday I got a "will send pics later" and those never came. The last picture I got was 9:15 am Wednesday. This raises the distinct possibility that Marlo was lost sometime between Wednesday morning and Saturday morning, and John doesn't know when or where since he was always kept out of his carrier in the car. I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN TO SEARCH FOR MY CAT THAT JOHN LOST. Think about that. He could be anywhere in the country. John told numerous lies to me as well as the other people he dealt with about this situation. It's terrifying how many lies he's told in an effort to cover his butt on this. The best part? When I confronted John on just a couple of these discrepancies, he actually got DEFENSIVE and INDIGNANT and turned it around so HE was the victim since I was accusing him of things in an attempt to learn the truth. I will not rest until 1) my cat is located, either alive or not and 2) John Mandeng never, ever transports another animal again. My review here is just the first of many that will be all over the internet.

Sharon was so WONDERFUL!!!! My Mom had just passed away and it was her dying wish that I take care of her 2 cats (who were like her children). My Mom lived almost 600 miles away from me and I was unable to get them myself. I spent a week calling EVERY long distance pet transport business, company, person, etc. that I could find online. Every option was so expensive and I didn't feel comfortable with anyone I spoke to. I had to find someone i could completely trust; I wouldn't settle for just anyone to bring them; this was very precious "cargo". As I was feeling hopeless and about to give up I found out about Citizenshipper. Sharon was the 1st person I looked at. I immediately had a good feeling after our first few messages.
