I am almost lost for words. When Mary arrived and met my pet, my pet was barking at her as if he wanted to attack her. After about 10 minutes he was taking treats from her. He jumped up into the car and the rest is History. Thank you Mary for delivering Cody safely

Brenda and her husband were awesome. They kept in touch throughout the entire trip from Idaho to North Carolina in less than 48 hrs and my Siberian Husky arrived in perfect conditions. I highly recommend her and I will be using her services again if the need arises!

If I could give zero stars I would! Shane did not communicate with me at all- I had to continue reach out to him. His offer was $275 for pickup Sun(today (11/4) and delivery Mon (11/5). He then offered $225 if I confirmed Friday (11/2). I confirmed Sat (11/3) and messaged him I was okay paying $275 but he insisted on $225. After confirming & paying website fee, I texted him with my name, email, phone, address ....yet no contact. I trusted him but got nervous Sat (11/3) after no Communication. I then messaged him what time I can expect him Sun and he replied he was on way back from TX but would def give me plenty of lead time. Today (sun 11/4) I waited until 5pm then texted if pickup still today as I secured pickup/delivery with paid helpers. He texted me then that having a delay due to customer and maybe tomorrow pickup?!?!!!

This person never returned my calls or text was over 30 hours late for the pickup and never showed up at all. Complete wast of time and effort. If you cant do what you say you are going to do. Dont say it. Failure at life. Deduction of all stars.

Our puppy is scheduled tomorrow to be picked up in Tennessee so I really cant write a final review yet but I would like to post a quick pre-review (I guess you might call it.) I wanted to post something in behalf of Shawn's Mobile Pet Hotel due to the fact they are relatively new on this site and there are no reviews yet posted for them. Up to this point I am more than pleased with this transaction. They have reasonable rates and are quick to respond to any questions or messages I have sent them. This is my first time having a puppy shipped and I was a little nervous at first but they have provided me with all details and the itinerary for the trip to reduce my worries. So far they have been a 5 STAR company!

John was fairly quick with his responses in the beginning and did a good job coordinating the pick-up. Additionally he send photos along the way of the various pit-stops. The reason for the 3 stars comes to delivery. Initial ETA was 2am on a Friday, so I waited up. 2am came and no John. I reached out and only then did he disclose he took a nap and and won’t be there until 5:30am. 5:30am came and no John. I reached out and he didn’t answer the phone. Eventually he gave me a call back - much to my concern - and said he was 20 miles away and will give me a call when he’s close. 1 hour goes by, no John. I reach out once again and he says 10 minutes...30minutes later, no John. You get the idea. Eventually he made it and I got my dog but she was not in a great shape. If I were do use this service again, I’d request that no other dogs are part of the trip. He had a small zoo in the back of his van.

John was great! He picked up my two dogs from Rhode Island and drove them all the way to California for me. He did it all in 5 days and was very responsive to my messages and even sent me picture updates! I would definitely hire him again if i needed to move my babies again!

Jonathon was amazing! When all of the airlines made it impossible to transport my Belgian Malinois, Echo, from Miami, Florida to Reno, Nevada, Jonathon was there to help! He gave the most affordable prices and delivered Echo to me within 3 days. He updated me with the locations that he was at periodically or whenever I asked and he also provided pictures. I couldn't have asked for a better person to transport Echo.

Adam was AMAZING throughout the entire trip. He was on time for both pick up and drop off. Kept me posted with pictures multiple times a day and would text me to let me know how everything was going. He delivered my 2 month old puppy nice and clean, tail wagging and all. I highly recommend Adam if you are looking for someone trustworthy and experienced to transport your fur babies.
