Let me start out by saying Donnie is amazing!!! I was a little hesitant at first only because he mentioned needing to meet off of the freeway somewhere. But, reading his reviews and chatting back and forth, I'm glad Donnie and his Co-driver were the ones to help me bring this new puppy home. Donnie explained he was truck driver and drove a giant truck so that made more sense. Donnie was completely transparent about everything from beginning to end. He was picking up a puppy for me in KY and bringing it to the Bay Area for me. He kept in constant communication with me and every step of the way and even sent me pictures. The other thing that made me put my trust in Donnie was the fact that he had mentioned potty training and that he would have a crate and puppy pads to help assist with that. Anyone who has or had a puppy knows how difficult that potty training a puppy is, especially during a road trip. The puppy even got "lap time" when he did well. Donnie and his co-driver were nothing short of amazing. The only thing I will mention, if you do choose to tip, BRING CASH, this site doesn't allow you to tip on here, which I should have read. I have used a similar site before and I figured it was the same. Thank you again Donnie and co-driver (sorry I never got his name)!!! You both have been amazing and if I ever need your services again or know anyone who does, I definitely know who to recommend.

Rok was great, he was helpful and friendly...not due to anything he did, we did not get the puppy...upon him receiving the puppy from the breeder she was much bigger than described so she did not fit in the carrier to go on board as well as the puppy just kept getting sick..i contacted the breeder and it took her almost an hour to return, Rok was so patient and friendly thru the entire process..when we find another puppy if we need it transported, we would use Rok again!

I give him a negative stars if it would let me... he talked to me at first even said "communication is key" in our first conversations. Then quite communicating on the day of pick up. Sent me a little message said he got sick, but then when I asked for the new plan just never replied. Now I am struggling to find the time to run from montana to Colorado and i dont even want to waste my time with a transporter again. I had scheduled time off which i could change to bond with my new emotional support animal because someone stole mine and I'm a veteran and very much rely on her company.. Now I will not even get that. I am so pissed about this basically wasted a week and a half.

I can’t even begin to express how great Tasha and Rok were throughout this process. They transported my puppy all the way from Michigan to California and it couldn’t have gone any better! In addition to being very responsive beforehand and throughout the transport, both the breeder and I agreed that we couldn’t have been more comfortable handing off the puppy to anyone else. Rok Kept me updated and sent pictures of my puppy throughout the day. What was truly amazing was how calm and happy my puppy was when I got him. He had been through almost 12 hours of travel and he wasn’t scared or nervous at all! The driver’s departure was a little later then originally scheduled, but they did keep us informed. The vehicle was clean and of appropriate size for the crate the driver supplied. The driver kept us us informed with pictures along the travel, we were able to track the delivery by GPS. We will use Roadside Plus again if the need arises. DeAudrey did a great job! I definitely recommend going with her!! I was new to this shipping service. So had a little apprehension about leaving my grandfather's cats in someone else's care that I've never met. BUT DeAudrey did a great job! Initial communications offered confidence she was right person to go with. At pick up I had something come up that set back her departure time, yet DeAudrey was patient and understanding. She gave us an app to track the trip, and she kept us informed how the cats were doing. Very thoughtful! Gave relief knowing how the drive was going. They went through a lighting storm and the cats didn't like it, so DeAudrey tried to comfort them through it. She really did go above and beyond with caring for our cats.

OMG! God sent me one of his Angels(Tasha). After reviewing multiple companies to bring my babies home to no avail was i satisfied with any of them. When i say this lady is professional, trustworthy and responsible i couldn't have asked for a better person to provide service for me.
