I cancelled my shipment with this driver 4 days and still do not have a refund. He told us if we paid up front he would give us a discount and would be able to deliver our family dog quickly. He did not fulfill his promises multiple times in regards to when he could pick up our dog and then when he could provide us a refund. He is not trustworthy. He finally told us the reason he couldn’t provide our refund right away is because he spent our money on a different shipment. Please be cautious when you choose to book this man. A word of caution, do not pay anything upfront because it will only cause more stress for you.

Simone and her brother flew to Los Angeles to pick up my cats and fly them to Cincinnati, Ohio. This was a last minute trip because another ground transport company had bailed on me with a no call, no show! Simone kept in contact with me and let me know how my cats were doing. While waiting in the airport terminal for hours her and her brother took the cats out if their carriers and held them so they wouldn't have to be caged so much! They spent their entire day in airplanes or terminals just to bring me my babies!! I am so incredibly grateful. This is worth every penny!!

Dave was great ! He really treated my dog like his own. He arrived on time for both pick up and delivery. He kept me up to date periodically and even sent me a few pictures to show how well my pet was doing . He didn’t cage my dog, he let him sleep on a hotel bed and ride in the backseat of his SUV freely . He walked and fed my dog accordingly . He was SO kind, warm, and personable . My family at the pick up location spoke highly of their interaction with him, making me feel safe for the upcoming trip. My dog has some anxiety but didn’t appear anxious at all upon delivery, he was comfortable with Dave. I really couldn’t believe the service I got, at such an affordable price ! He was really amazing . I highly recommend!

I adopted a dog in Iowa and live in New Orleans. I needed to find a way to transport my puppy to his new home. Fortunately, Tasha reached out and let me know about Flying Pets services. I was a little nervous, but Tasha answered all of my questions prior to to the transport which helped calm me down. Rok, Tasha's husband, wound up facilitating the actual transport. Rok was great and communicated throughout the long day of travel, including photo updates. He did everything he could to ensure that my dog would arrive safely to New Orleans. He even wound up having to stay over night in NOLA due to an issue with connecting flights! My puppy arrived safely in New Orleans and I couldn't be more pleased with Flying Pets services. I highly recommend using their services for pet transport!

This was my first time using Citizen Shipper so I was nervous. I'd never met my new dog either! Billy was a professional. He was cheerful, calm, and took great pains to reassure me and the breeder. Billy was very competent in every aspect of the experience: his emails were instructive, he arrived for pickup on time and immediately sent me a video so I could be updated. He continued sending videos when they stopped and later when they spent the night on the road. Finally, he delivered the dog early. My big 75 lb dog, who must've been nervous too, loved him so much she didn't want him to leave! I think that says it all. Highly recommended! Thanks Billy!

Oh my gosh!!! I can not say enough wonderful things about Robyn. Before I even accepted her bid she made me feel at ease about sending my Princess with her. I knew every step of her journey... I would receive text messages and pictures up until bedtime. I always knew where they were how Nikki was handling the trip... if there was a delay. I started with APL when I made payment to them on June 15, 2018 to have my 2017 street glide shipped from Tennesse to Massachusetts, emailing and calling several times to confirming the pickup date had to be on a Thursday of the following week to cater to the pickup locations schedule. After many phone calls leading up to that Thursday the 21 of June confirming the pick up date, I found out the 22nd it was indeed not picked up. The Bike was finally pickup the following Friday, June 29. Through out the transportation process I was unaware and APL was unaware of the exact location of the bike as confirmed by them on the designated delivery date. I was told in five emails the deliver date would absolutely be July 13th, as arranged in the initial agreement with APL. The bike sat for a week at a shipping distribution center where I almost requested they release the bike to me so that I would not have to wait any longer. On July 19th my bike was finally delivered to my home. Due to the trucking companies negligence the bike had been pressed against a bar in the back of the trailer of which I have photos confirming. The trucking company signed the paper work saying damage had been done and I was assured the trucking companies insurance would be taking care of it. I was told the bike, for transportation, was insured for up to $15,000 dollars and although concerned with my service thus far, believed they would do the right thing. I got a quote for damages and sent them to APL. The insurance company took 30 days, as would be expected, and sent a check for 60% of the weight they claimed for shipment. The check was sent to APL at the end of August. When told the amount, I found it to not even be half the amount owed and would not even cover the labor cost at any motorcycle shop. I told my contact at APL this was unacceptable and he assured me there wouldn't be an issue that the job was not done and they would were not done working on the claim. On September 20, i was told they would be sending me a check for the amount given by the insurance company, an amount wildly unacceptable and no more than they had already said the insurance would be willing to give. I have not seen this check, or heard where the rest of the money will come from from my contact at APL as of the 1st of October. The next steps are sadly small claims court and contact with the better business bureau.

Christopher was awesome,he made a special effort to find a second booking near me so that he could bring me my dog over 1200 miles in 24 hrs .He was trucker for 30 yrs.He sent pictures of my toy poodle cozy in the backseat of his truck.Communicating was great,pick up and delivery went as planned.Yogi ate some and drank water while in his care but never poohed,lost a point there(ha) He was thoughtful to make sure I got all of my belongings and paperwork,is conscientious and pleasant and a man on a mission.I definitely would call on him again if needing transport.Thanks Chris!

Michael and Renee were extremely responsive throughout the process of picking up a new puppy for me in New Mexico and delivering him to Los Angeles. They sent me pictures, text messages and phone calls while on their route and adhered to everything the breeder and I recommended. I would definitely use them again. Though this is a five star rating, I definitely recommended to them that they update their payment methods of doing business as money transfers for deposits are just not convenient for some people (especially specific type of them from Walmart when you live in an area where the retailer is non-existent). I would have been willing to pay even a small percentage for using Venmo to not be inconvenienced, but overall- great experience, great people and my pooch arrived happy as can be and bonded with them on their journey.
