Let me start by saying, sometimes you get more than what you pay for. I delt with Tasha at Smartaleck Bully transport and it was a lovely experience. She showed up on time at short notice, was personable, and the vehicle was much nicer than expected. She stayed in contact and let me know once my pup was delivered. As an added bonus my pup concluded his trip with a bag of quality puppy treats, which I thought was a nice touch. This driver assured me my cats would be safe during the travel of NJ to Las Vegas. My family and I told him the cats would run if they had the opportunity. We asked for them not to be removed from the cage solely because of this reason. My cat of 5 years was lost in Virginia due to Dennis’ unprofessionalism and lies. My mom had to drive over 7 hours at midnight last night to retrieve my other cat; which whom was laying in his own feces as Dennis never put litter or food out for the cats. What’s possibly even worst is the face he left my other cat who didn’t get away in the car overnight with no litter no food and with NO windows open. This man lost my pet; almost killed my other cat and was totally rude and disrespectful. Mind you Dennis had my cats not even for 6 hours before losing one . We will be taking legal actions again Dennis. Please by no means use this guys service.

When I booked with Tomas he agreed to pick my dog up the next day at 10:30am. Less than an hour before our scheduled pick up time he texted to tell me he could not pick the dog up until the following day because he would not be making any money on the trip without scheduling another pickup. This was after he agreed and booked with me to do the trip and I paid $56.10 to the website in taxes and fees. Because I was scheduled to be out of town the next day we had to cancel. He should have determined that it was not going to be financial beneficial to him before booking with me. I absolutely had to ship the dog by today. I’m moving out of State in a few days and the dog cannot come with me. She would have had a home to go to in Florida where he was supposed to take her, now I fear she will have to go to a shelter.

The driver was nice & my puppy arrived safe a day early! I was able to call & check on my puppy & he sent me pictures the overnight he had him. I would give him a 5-star review but my only reason for giving 4 is because the driver never contacted my breeder to formally schedule a pickup time. When transportation was agreed on I created a group message for them to communicate & there was no communication until I called the driver the morning of pickup to check in & he told me he was an hour away from my breeder. My breeder said previously he would be available except from 2-3 but because of the lack of communication I had to choose for my puppy to not be picked up or be picked up though he was not completely ready due to the rush. Other than this mix up, everything else went fine & I would recommend Dennis for transportation.

I’m truly grateful for John’s service. When he came to pick our fur baby up, he stayed there and allowed our dog to become comfortable with the other dogs he had in the vehicle. He also let us say goodbye and assured us that everything would be alright. We had an emergency last-minute transit need from Tahoe to Menifee for our 2 poodle-mix pups today and put out the call onto this website. We got a couple of bids but really appreciated the reviews other people had left about Paul when they had moved their pets long distance. Everything everyone is saying is true! Paul and I chatted on the phone before the drive so I could give him details and he is a very easy-going gentleman and I could tell just from our conversation that I could trust him. During the drive he went out of his way and gave reports and pictures from the road, was flexible in handling the pups and took them on walks/water breaks. We chatted quite a bit throughout and he gave me up-to-the-minute details on his traffic so we would know when to expect him. He gave me details on his timeline and route before even accepting his bid. Secondly, he was very friendly. After accepting Donnie’s bid, we exchanged numbers so we could share information with each other. Donnie was always extremely polite. Third, once Donnie picked up Robbie, he sent me pictures of Robbie, and updates. Donnie kept us informed of how Robbie was behaving, and even took him sightseeing. She suddenly changed her mind about keeping them for me and said that if I did not find a way to get them fTom Texas that they were going to a pound and I had to get them by a specific time frame with no way there. Most important John was good with my 120 pound Great Pyrenees. The drive from Virginia Beach to Vermont was much longer than he anticipated (traffic was a killer) but my dog arrived no worse for wear after 17 hours on the road. John stopped and watered and walked Badger and two other small dogs on the trip. He also brought all the supplies send by Badger's caregiver's. There was some confusion with Carol (where he was picked up) and me (Carole) -- so messages and pic's were going to Carol. Carol was kind enough to send me notices and pic's so I could see Badger in transit, getting a walk. He got lots of water too which they need. Thank you John for taking care of this special dog who lost both his owners in the last two months.

I needed to fly a Maltese puppy from Virginia to Las Vegas. Rok and Tasha were great from the beginning scheduling of the delivery until the end. They ensured that the puppy was safe and happy and informed us of arrivals and departures at every layover/stop along the way. Very friendly and professional. Etranada is the best! Any worry we had about her and this website went out the window as soon as we talked to her. She came through when we had complicated instructions involving transporting our dog, Rosie, to multiply people. Despite multiply road closures and bad weather Etranada made us and our dog comfortable and relaxed everything was being handled. I shipped three cats, a classic car on a trailer, and a pickup-load of boxes of books, collectibles, and personal items from northern California to my ex in Oklahoma City. First, their price was great in my opinion. Second, Sharon worked with me by text/phone patiently and tirelessly while I tried to decide how much stuff I actually wanted to ship (did I want to pay for the car namely?) She even got price quotes for me from U-Haul to help me decide. Once we had the decision of what to ship, Christopher arrived on time.... but we weren't ready yet. He was very patient in waiting while we finished loading the car on a U-Haul trailer, then helped us put the boxes into trash bags to keep them dry (the back of his truck was open to the weather, and they insisted we protect them with plastic) and load them. We had mishaps along the way that weren't his fault (we locked the keys in the car we were shipping, and had to call our tow-company friend to come do a lockout for us). The driver took this all in stride, even though he didn't get out of our yard till after dark, a total of about 3 hours from when he arrived. Once on the road, he let the cats out of their carriers to enjoy the ride (but if you want your pets left in their carriers, they will do whatever you want.) On the other end, he had to deal with limited help to unload (in the rain), patiently waited while my ex and a friend tried to tow the car off the trailer with a pickup, and finally had to call a tow truck, which wouldn't be there for two hours! All this, and they've still offered to do another load for us if we need it in the future!! These are down-to-earth, honest, hard-working folks, I can't say enough good about them! Would definitely use them again!

Citizen shipper encouraged me to write a review. I'm not a fan of negative reviews. I wish my experience was better. While sharon was nice and easy to work with, I thought for weeks about writing this review and decided that you should know what you are getting into. On the first day, sharon texted me to tell me my dog had given the driver fleas. This was impossible as my dog had been given Trifexis before the trip. When my dog arrived, he was covered in flea bites and it was evident from the driver's legs, which were covered in scabs and bites that the driver had fleas log before my dog had gotten in the vehicle. Its clear my dog had been stressed for 3 days in the cars getting bit by fleas. The bites were everywhere. The second day, sharon texted me asking me to wire money as they were not going to make it with out cash. I was scared that I wouldnt get my dog if i didn't run to wire money. Sharon had agreed to a 30 minute warning of when the driver would arrive. I reached out because I felt it had been too long and was told the driver was already in the neighborhood. When I rushed home to meet him, he was not there. J called and called and when I finally got a hold of someone, I was told he couldnt find my house and he was at a nearby park. I searched one park top to bottom before in got another text saying they were at a school. Luckily I found them at the first school google came up with. I knew he was teething so i asked if i could provide any chews or a crate. They said they prefer not to crate their animals and provide them chew toys to keep them busy. When I met him, he showed me where my dog had chewed up his car interior. I'm not sure why. Maybe he'd hoped I'd offer to pay to fix it? Lastly, I requested my dogs vet records from the breeder and they were quick to anger and shock as they told me they supplied the driver with a binder of all my dogs records and mementos. The driver never gave me this and must still have them. They never reached out to send them to me either but they did ask me to write a review. My dog is still weary of cars. I would not recommend this courier. My bleeding heart doesn't wish them any ill will. I just hope they bug bomb their vehicle and take better precautions with their finances.
