Overall, it was a good experience. Even though Kesha got delayed and was unable to complete the delivery herself, she made sure her husband brought my dog safely. I appreciated that she found a solution and kept me informed throughout the process. My dog arrived safely, and I would use their service again.

Oh my gosh!! Our first shipping experience and it couldnât have been better! Emi is fantastic! Great contact, shared photos and info along the way, and the best part, (other than getting my pet safe and sound) she LOVES the animals in her care. Showers them with affection, watches out for them, makes sure their comfort is a priority. She probably takes better care than some owners do. If Iâd trust her with my pet, you know sheâs good because I am picky! Thank you Emi, we appreciate you so much!

Amazing service from start to finish. Laura took incredible care of our two dogs, stayed in regular touch throughout the trip, and displayed an incredible amount of patience when, just 10 minutes from the destination, got stuck in traffic for 4 hours while a mudslide was resolved!!!
