For pets I specialize in solo trips, where your pet has my full personalized attention. I do not detour between pick up and delivery. For dogs I stop every few hours for walks/potty breaks. For puppies without full vaccination I can use potty pads to keep them off the ground. Should your pet need any special needs for travel, such as diet, medications, consideration of aggressive behavior-- I can easily accommodate. I build and restore old Harleys in my free time and I've been riding motorcycles most my life. I treat every animal put under my care with the same love and respect that I show to my own animals, and I'm so grateful to those of you who trust me with your pets 🩶 TRAVEL CONDITIONS: - GENERAL • All of my bids are for driving and solo transportation unless otherwise stated. • I stay at rest stops or camp sites instead of hotels because I have a serious fear of getting bedbugs, while at rest stops my car does stay climate controlled throughout the whole night. • I offer food and water at every single stop, but most animals do not eat during these trips until we're settled down for the night. • Photos/updates will be sent every 2-3 hours. • GPS can be shared upon request - CATS • I have an XL cat carrier that streches across my back seat, it can comfortably fit 3 average size cats plus a small litter box. With 1-2 cats a food and water dish will also fit inside. ~ The added space and amenities compared to a normal carrier seem to drastically improve the comfort level for the cats and reduce anxiety. ~ If you would still prefer to use your own carriers, that's fine! ~ If you'd like to use mine but but still need yours transported, no problem! I have room to bring them with. • I will provide litter and water, but you must provide your own food. - DOGS • I have a "pet hammock" in the back seat for comfort and safety, and seatbelt attachments for dogs that are rowdy in the car. •Large dogs WILL fit comfortably in my car, there are several photos below of a 130ish pound mastiff in different positions in my car, he was able to lay comfortably in my back seat with the doors closed 😁 • I stop every 2-3 hours for us to stretch and use the bathroom. • You must provide your own food. - SMALL PETS • Please provide detailed care instructions. • This is the catagory most likely to end up combined with another family's shipment. ~ IF this happens, they will be kept completely separate from each other and never left unattended with larger animals. I only do solo trips. Your fur babies will never ride with strange animals in my vehicle. Puppies ride open in my pickup truck with lots of loves and updates. I'm just a dad and husband making extra money to take my kids camping and for vacations. I love animals, and unless it's two small ones, I'll usually only be taking one at a time. When appropriate we'll stop and take restroom breaks, plus walk and sniff. For cargo, I have tarps and ratchet straps. I have a 12ft flat bed trailer, and have no issue hauling small trailers (Up to 6500lbs), and I love towing boats. Trips to the central east coast (Especially Charlotte), may come at a discounted rate (Mom and Dad). If you're moving a small one bedroom apartment, I'll have no issue renting a trailer and helping to load. I'll haul home and pets. I never ask for extra paperwork or money. P.S. If you participate in dog fighting or other animal cruelty, please don't accept my bid. I'm not equipped to transport aggressive animals anyway, plus I'll absolutely call the police. During your furbaby(s) journey with me... ♡ I ensure to provide free choice water and food (traveling can be stressful for some pets especially with people they don't know and some prefer to eat at night when it's quieter and others even take a day or so before they will eat at all.) ♡ I provide potty breaks every 4-5 hours but typically stop every 3-4 hours because I am extra and like to ensure everyone is traveling safely and comfortably. ♡ Puppies that are not fully vaccinated ( 3 or more Distemper/parvo vaccines) will not touch the ground! This is not negotiable, PARVO is everywhere and unfortunately is microscopic to the human eye. Therefore puppies are provided with a puppy litter in their crates and is cleaned everytime they potty. If they need a bath, we bath them. ♡ This is what we do, just an extra step to keep your babies clean and comfortable. ♡ Photos and Videos: These are taken in the morning and evenings - the reason for this is to help ensure a more time efficient transport. ♡ This one is very IMPORTANT - My phone is always on, you can reach me at anytime - HOWEVER - I am human and I do need sleep too. If you TEXT me I probably won't respond right away - if you NEED something please CALL so I wake up. I will ALWAYS send your morning and evening update prior to me resting for the night. ♡ DONT FORGET LOTS OF LOVE ♡ **Also please understand when booking with me I will provide you with a window for pick up/drop off - the reason for this is because you never know what could happen. Traffic is worse in some areas than others, bad weather results in delays, construction, sometimes we do have to pull over for a few hours for a catnap ( even though I try very hard not to) - and I have to eat too, fuel stops, and lastly please understand that transport is not just drive and go - potty breaks take time because I do one pet at a time - this allows them to stretch their legs and keeps all passengers separated and reduces stress for the furbaby(s). Unfortunately I have wheels not wings - I move as quickly but safely as humanly possible. ** Citizenshipper charges booking fees that are separate from the transport fee. This helps ensure that neither party gets scammed out of their money or time. There is a $200 deposit to secure transport on my schedule. Remaining Payment for transport is half upon pick up, the other half upon drop off. For the safety of all animals on board and per USDA, Pets being transported with me are required to be fully vaccinated which includes Distemper/Parvo, Rabies, and Bordetella. For puppies they must have all age appropriate vaccinations (this does include bordetella - puppies can receive bordetella at 8 weeks old). Each pet must also be seen for a wellness for travel by a licensed veterinarian within the last 14 days prior to pick up. This helps ensure the safety and health of all passengers. I do also offer VIP rides however they are priced much differently than shared rides as they are receiving many accommodations. Aggressive dogs are also able to be transported, I am vet tech, this is not something I am not use to. However, an aggressive pet fee will apply ($100) I do also require our transport contract to be signed and returned prior to pick-up (this will be sent via text or email).
