We have had dogs and cats all of our lives and along the way have had all sorts of animals. We will take as good care of your animals as if you were trusting us with your children because let's be honest that's what our pets are to most of us. We are very flexible and can work with almost any schedule. We look forward to meeting you and your fur babies very soon! Along the trip we stop often for potty breaks, playtime and water. We are very selective about where we stop for the safety of your pet. We will provide pictures, videos and updates to you along the trip. Our goal in transporting your animal is to put all your worries to rest. We will accommodate any extra requests you might have. Will feed on their regular schedule but highly recommend you send their normal food because a change in diet can sometimes hurt their tummies. We can pick up food if needed. PLEASE NOTE! The fee you pay CitizenShipper is a booking fee and is not part of our bid to transport your pet. PLEASE NOTE! Regarding payments: we require 50% upfront as a deposit within 24 hrs of booking and the balance on delivery. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, payment in full will be required within the next 48 hrs or we will not be able to book your trip. We accept PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle and Square. PLEASE NOTE! Regarding cancellations and refunds: If you cancel transport within 72 hours of booking, you will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. If cancellation of transport occurs outside 72 hours of booking your trip, no refund will be given.

I had the best experience with JPR transport. They loved my baby and I knew she was safe with them the minute I met them! They saw how hard it was for me to send my pup and they gave me all the reassurance I needed. They kept me updated the whole way and sent pictures. It helped ease my mind to see my baby so content with them. Will definitely use them if needed in the future!!

Were very friendly and professional, picked my dog up on time and gave frequent updates on ETA's as well as pictures and videos. Also understood my dog's anxiety needs and took extra care of her. I'm very happy with the service.

JPR transport did an excellent job transporting my dogs basically across the country. They are wonderful people. I would let them transport my dogs in a heartbeat. They took the dogs to dog parks along the way and the dogs were very happy when they got home to me. Thank you JPR transport again

Can I give 6 stars? Because I would. Jason and Stephanie are amazing. Our dog came home happy and relaxed. He gave loving goodbyes to his drivers. It was obvious how much they loved and took care of him. Fantastic experience. I wholeheartedly recommend JPR Transport.

Honestly the best drivers we have ever hired. We are so glad we booked the travel of our dogs with JPR Transport. Jason and his wife took our dogs from Florida to North Carolina, made several stops, took them to dog parks, and made their delivery to their new home safely, they kept communicating with us and the new owners all the time and sent us pictures and updates. . I have had a few shippers bring my dogs back and forth from Philadelphia PA to Jax Florida, and JPR Transport were the absolute best. They took wonderful care of my dogs, they texted pix and videos throughout the entire trip, my dogs arrived in PA happy and calm. Moving across the country can be stressful for us humans, and it can be even more confusing for our furry friends. However, Jason & Samantha made our dog's move from NC to OR more like a vacation for her! They provided consistent updates and gave all the love and attention as if she was their own fur baby. We could tell Artemis enjoyed every second of her journey from all the photos & videos. When she arrived to our new home she was happy to see me, but I could tell Artemis was going to miss Jason & Samantha because she had that much fun on her trip. If you're looking services for pet transport and you're reading my review, I say stop your research now and choose JPR Transport!

This was the BEST service I’ve used in a long time. Jason and Samantha made the uneasy experience of moving your dog painless. The took extra good care of our bulldog and delivered him from Virginia to Colorado as a super happy pup. They constantly kept us updated with their location and pics of the pup, and best of all their price was super reasonable. I would definitely recommend JPR to anyone looking to move their dog!
