So I started doing some research and found there is a huge need for families looking for a reliable and safe way to get their pets across the US. I have experience volunteering at shelters over the years, as well as working in a day care/ training facility, where I learned a lot about dogs and dog behavior. I feel this gives me an advantage when it comes to caring and transporting your furry loved ones because my number one priority is their safety and well being and I feel you need to be able to read a dogs behavior to provide them with the best traveling experience possible. 🚐 Transportation Expectations 🚐 🔅My number one priority is keeping your pets safe, happy and stress free - in my experience this takes time 🕦 Because of this my trips from coast to coast are a bit longer than some other transporters - I do not believe a pet can be transported from coast to coast in less than 4 days and still receive, not only, frequent bathroom breaks but also time to play and get some one on one attention from me. 🔅 Most coast to coast trips range from 5-7 days - there is always a possibility of delays such as, weather, traffic & some pets needing additional stops or time out of the kennels. I always try to give you my most accurate time frame for length of trip prior to booking, no surprises here! 🔅 I will have multiple dogs in my care at any time, all in their own separate kennel with a brand new blanket and toy (provided by me) 🔅 I keep barriers or at least several inches of space between kennels to avoid any unwanted touching 🔅 All pets are taken out and walked/ given water individually every 3-4 hours 🔅 I also do extended stops at feeding times in the morning and evening to ensure every pet has enough time to eat and relieve themselves before continuing on our journey 🔅 All you need to provide is enough food for transport, I will take care of everything else 🔅 Last but certainly not least, I will treat your pets as my own, they will get lots of love and attention during their time with me 🐶🐱❤️ 🔅 I will do my best to give you the most accurate time frame for pick up and delivery, from the beginning, I want to make sure I am setting the right expectations for you to make this the best experience all around 🔅 Daily updates are provided with photo or video included and I am always available by phone if you’d like to check in on your furry family member 💵 Payments 💵 🔅 Please keep in mind that the booking fee is charged by citizenshipper and goes to the company for facilitating finding you a shipper, I do not receive any portion or that fee and it is completely separate from my bid 🔅 I am always willing to negotiate price so please let me know if my bid is out of your budget and I will be happy to see what we can work out 🔅 I accept payments from multiple platforms - Square for debit/credit card, ACH & Afterpay (Please see my photos with more information regarding how Afterpay through square works) **When using the Afterpay option there is a 6% transaction fee that will be manually added to your total payment -Applepay & Cashapp (if needed) 🔅 I do not request any payment up front, you will be required to pay half once I arrive to pick up your pet and the remaining half is due day of delivery 📣 If you have any additional questions, please let me know and thank you again for considering me for your pet transportation needs, I hope to be working with you soon 😁

Hi! My name is Jill. I’m located in central Indiana, which makes it convenient to travel in any direction. I pull and rehabilitate pups from high kill shelters before placing them in their forever homes. I also Rover for many local clients. I’ve been training dogs for the last 20 years and have a deep love of all animals. While working in rescue, I recognized the need for reliable and SAFE transportation of pets. I’ve traveled cross-country with multiple dogs and cats of varying sizes and have significant experience handling flight risk animals. Your pet’s safety and well-being is my utmost concern. All kennels on board are Rufflands or Lucky Ducks. These are crash tested kennels and the safest rides for your pets. Crates are sanitized after each animal, as well as bowls, leashes, etc. Healthy travel is very important to me. Your pet should be CLEAN and in good grooming order. Any pet found to have pests or deemed unfit (physically or behavioral) for travel will result in a cancellation of transportation and loss of deposit. Large dogs should be familiar with kenneling and be able to load and unload without a fight. Proof of vaccination will be required within 48 hours of pickup. Failure to provide records may result in the cancellation of transportation and loss of deposit. Solo VIP travel is available upon request, as long as it doesn’t conflict with previously booked clients. Solo VIP travel will require a significantly higher fee. Flight nanny experienced. If you wish to fly your pet in cabin, vaccination records must be provided at least 72 hours prior to flight. Any cancellation after ticket has been booked will result in the loss of deposit. Please pack enough food for the duration of the trip, as changes in diet can result in upset tummies. Please provide the following for travel: harness, collar, and two leashes. Pets will be double leashed when outside of the vehicle. This is to ensure the safety of your pet, especially for more skittish travelers. If you are unable to provide these items, please advise within 48 hours of pickup. Payment over $1k: A 50% deposit is required at booking and can be made via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, or Apple Pay. The remaining balance must be paid at delivery. I also accept payment via Stripe, which offers payment plans for your transportation needs. Any bookings under $1k are due in whole at the time of booking. Please reach out for more information. Damages: If your pet causes irreparable damage to crates or items on board, you will be assessed the cost of replacement. While I have high anxiety dog crates on board, they are not above destruction should you have a particularly challenging pet. This cost is due at delivery and must be paid prior to releasing the pet to its destination. I am a well-seasoned pet owner, rescuer, transporter, and traveler. We are a small, family owned business made up of my wife, Tiffany (dispatcher) and myself (the driver). I originally created this business because of my love for animals and traveling and decided to put the two together to do what I love, and help people and their pets at the same time. I am USDA certified and insured. I travel to US based states, no international at this time. To ensure quality care, I only transport a small number of pets at any given time and no more than 4 or 5 depending on their size. This allows me to focus and prioritize each animal’s individual comfort and wellbeing as well as faster delivery. This creates a less stressful environment for the journey. **💲PAYMENT POLICY AND/OR FEES💲** 💲 We require half upfront at the time of booking (50%) by PayPal, Cashapp, or Venmo and half at drop off which can then be cash or the other options listed. 💲 If you are not at the drop-off location, and you are paying, you will need to have payment completed 10-15 minutes before we drop-off to avoid unnecessary waiting on our part. 💲 When using PayPal or Venmo, if you use goods and services there will be 2.9% added to the total to cover that fee they charge for you using it. 💲 Payments under $500 will be due in full at booking. 💲 For private transports, FULL amount will be due at booking. 💲 If you’re inaccurate on their weight, you will be charged a $200.00 fee WHEN USING GROUND TRANSPORT. 💲 If you’re using flight nanny services and are inaccurate about their weight, your flight could be canceled due to airport in-cabin weight policy. 💲 If unavailable at pickup and/or drop-off, you will be charged an extra $50.00 an hour that we wait, unless you have discussed this with us prior to booking. 💲 Address changes may result in additional charges if more than 30 miles from original address given. **🐾TRANSPORTING REQUIREMENTS🐾** 🐾 We require PROOF OF SHOTS and/or HEALTH CERTIFICATE 🐾 Any animal over 5 months need PROOF OF RABIES VACCINATION 🐾 Pets must NOT be fed 4 hours prior to transport 🐾 Must be bathed within the last 24 hours prior to transport 🐾 Food must be provided for any pet that will be in our care for 12 or more hours 🐾 When booking, the weight MUST be accurate for crate purposes! 🐾 Must be available at pickup and/or drop-off locations at time of ETA. 🐾 We allow beds/blankets/toys in the kennel that we provide. 🐾 Travel bags no larger than a reusable grocery bag is permitted and must have name on the outside of it. 🐾 No crate/kennels will be accepted unless previously discussed. 🐾 No food bins or totes.
