And if your dog has a sense of humor it’s a guarantee that I will keep them giggling all along the journey. ——————— Unlike some, I NEVER sleep in the car on longer trips. Always a pet friendly hotel and always well rested for the next day! I rarely drive at night and Stick to a typical feeding and sleeping schedule that your dogs are used to! ————————- Depending on the distance, I can drive your pet or escort them by plane. All details are customizable according to your needs and those of my animal travelers. ————————— Each trip, each pet and each client are unique so contracts and payment are specific to each trip I take. That includes whether or not a deposit may or may not be requested, and how and when payment is expected. I carry Travelers auto (however not with a commercial liability policy , therefore I only use rental cars or the clients vehicle. I also carry additional liability with Pet Care Insurance. I am flexible and accommodating and I never pass on the right;)! I will provide a contract with ease of payment online or with zelle or PayPal (not preferred but doable:) ——————- I have not been using Citizen Shipper much lately because my business TLK Pet Transport has kept me extremely busy! Hi! My name is Jill. I’m located in central Indiana, which makes it convenient to travel in any direction. I pull and rehabilitate pups from high kill shelters before placing them in their forever homes. I also Rover for many local clients. I’ve been training dogs for the last 20 years and have a deep love of all animals. While working in rescue, I recognized the need for reliable and SAFE transportation of pets. I’ve traveled cross-country with multiple dogs and cats of varying sizes and have significant experience handling flight risk animals. Your pet’s safety and well-being is my utmost concern. All kennels on board are Rufflands or Lucky Ducks. These are crash tested kennels and the safest rides for your pets. Crates are sanitized after each animal, as well as bowls, leashes, etc. Healthy travel is very important to me. Pets will be inspected at pickup for ticks, fleas, and/or injuries. Any pet found to have pests or deemed unfit (physically or behavioral) for travel will result in a cancellation of transportation and loss of deposit. Proof of vaccination will be required within 48 hours of pickup. Failure to provide records may result in the cancellation of transportation and loss of deposit. Solo VIP travel is available upon request, as long as it doesn’t conflict with previously booked clients. Solo VIP travel will require a higher fee. Flight nanny experienced. If you wish to fly your pet in cabin, vaccination records must be provided 72 hours prior to flight. Any cancellation after ticket has been booked will result in the loss of deposit. Please pack enough food for the duration of the trip, as changes in diet can result in upset tummies. Please provide the following for travel: harness, collar, and two leashes. Pets will be double leashed when outside of the vehicle. This is to ensure the safety of your pet, especially for more skittish travelers. If you are unable to provide these items, please advise within 48 hours of pickup. Payment: A 50% deposit is required at booking and can be made via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, or Apple Pay. The remaining balance must be paid at delivery. I also accept payment via Stripe, which offers payment plans for your transportation needs. Please reach out for more information. Cancellations: Must be made 48 hours prior to pick up to allow for route alterations. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to pick up will result in a loss of deposit. Damages: If your pet causes irreparable damage to crates or items on board, you will be assessed the cost of replacement. While I have several high anxiety gun dog crates on board, they are not above destruction should you have a particularly challenging pet. This cost is due at delivery and must be paid prior to releasing the pet to its destination. I am a well-seasoned pet owner, rescuer, transporter, and traveler. I own & operate an LLC pet business that offers grooming, daycare, overnight boarding and transport services and based in Crossville, Tennessee Please make sure your pet has been washed within 3 hours of being picked up. You will be required to provide Vet Records with a Clearance for travel. The pet will be required to be parvo free, worm free and in good health. Your pet will also be required to be up-to-date on their shots. Any pet that does not adhere to these conditions will be refused service and your deposit Will Not Be Refunded. Contracts between Transporter (me) and Shipper (you) will be required to be E-Signed before pick up via Email. Payment options include: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or Debit Card. I require 50% non-refundable deposit at bid acceptance and balance of 50% paid within 24 hours before shipping date. Payment thru Square Invoice Only. This protects (you) the shipper and (me) the transporter. Please allow (3) three to (7) seven days for delivery of shipment, depending on area of pick up and delivery. This is to secure my time as well as verify a method of cash payment. If the job is canceled sooner than 3 days of scheduled pick-up, the deposit will be kept.
