Right from the start, I could tell Karine was the right person for the job. Karine communicated very effectively with both myself and my parents about the pickup of my dog as I had returned to school the week prior. Karine was very attentive and on top of every aspect of the job and defined what it meant to be a fantastic pet transporter and handler. I could tell that Karine truly cared about the welfare of my dog and I believe that she also enjoyed hanging out with her on the ride down to Texas! Karine was organized, arrived in a very timely manner and kept me updated the whole way with photos of my dog! It might be hard for some to pick the "right" person for the job as it can be stressful to trust a stranger with your pet, but I can say that with the utmost confidence that Karine will take care of anyones pet and make sure they are comfortable the whole ride! If I ever need someone to drive my dog again, there is no doubt that I will reach back out to Karine for assistance. Karine said that she believes that every transport was meant to be and I think that statement defines her friendly and caring character, and now after having Karine transport my pet I could not agree more with that statement!! Thank you again!

I cannot even put into words how amazing Karine is! She sent me multiple pictures everyday, sometimes I even got videos! You can tell she loves her job and she loves the animals she carries. I highly recommend her! Your pet couldn’t be in better hands.

Karine was wonderful. I was nervous sending my dog from Fl to Boston w a stranger. Karine met w us and was so sweet with my dog. She kept me updated throughout the whole trip and sent me pictures. Without hesitation I recommend her and will use her again.

Karine was amazing. From the moment we first connected I had a great feeling about her and her love for animals. She picked up our little puppy from North Carolina and brought him right to our doorstep. She was even a day earlier than expected. . We communicated a few weeks before pickup and throughout the transportation. She sent pictures when they stopped. I was nervous at first to hire someone to pick up our new puppy but Karine made the experience even better. We knew Leo was in good hands. Thank you so much Karine. The most trusting pet care giver I’ve ever worked with! Where to begin, TLC was perfect. I needed transport from Houston to Little Rock within hours due to an emergency and TLC saved the day! The driver/ owner-operator was so good with dogs. We met and talked for quite some time so she was sure I was comfortable with her taking my dog, who also happens to be my best friend, on such a long journey. She did more than reassure me. It was easy to tell right from meeting her that she really really cares for animals. She was very gentle and absolutely capable of understanding my dogs needs and mine. TLC is a pet transport that can cater to the needs of people who really love and care for their pets like they are humans. I would not hesitate to use this service again and probably would never use another one. The price was super fair and worth every penny ( I felt I should throw in a good tip it was so reasonable). If TLC gives you a quote, my advice is to take it! You will not be disappointed and it will be worth every penny. If you do use TLC, please leave a review too. It helps us all when we can keep people who are passionate about what they do in their positions. :-)

Karine was absolutely fantastic and calmed all my nerves going into this process. I needed someone to transport my puppy from Lakeland to Houston and landed on TLC. Karine was genuine and took time to explain and get to know myself and Daisy. Her love for animals shines through. She took in Daisy like her own and they had the best time going on hikes, to the beach, and so much more! She kept me updated daily with the most adorable videos and pictures. I can’t thank Karine more for the love she gave to Daisy during and post transport! Karine went above and beyond and I’m so very thankful! If I ever need to move again Karine will be the first I call!!!
