Let me open with this, because it’s getting out of hand. I am NOT a broker with hundreds of shipments who will subcontract your beloved pet to God knows who once I win your bid. Whether air or ground, you know who will be looking after your pet…me and only me. Pets are ALL I do. Not pets and boats, motorcycles, pallets of whatever…just pets. On the ground or in the air, we have you covered with door to door transport of your beloved pets. Vince is a retired, disabled Army combat veteran who now has the coolest job in the world getting paid to play w animals. He is currently studying at Animal Behavioral College to be a certified cat and dog trainer when he (hopefully) grows up. Although we offer both air and ground transport, we specialized in ground transport and prefer it over air. (have you ever met a pet who was excited about being on an airplane?) All ground pet transports are done with the company van, even the regional short runs. This enables us to maintain crates and feeding without needing to put pets on the ground. That means when we transport younger pets, they are contained within the climate controlled van the entire trip and aren’t exposed to anything unthinkable along the way. Controlled, secured, contained environment the whole trip. Some of our crates have individual video monitors so we can keep an eye on the pets from the cab and keep our eyes forward. Crates and contact surfaces are hydrostatic sterilized between pets. Not just wiped down and cleaned, but fully sterilized to minimize disease transmission. Might be OCD to some, but when it comes to pets, especially babies, OCD can be a good thing. All pets will be crated in transport, this is non-negotiable. We believe crate transport is the ONLY safe way to transport your pet, especially over long distances. Have you ever been in a wreck? If so, did you plan that morning to be in a wreck? This is why I have this policy. I will not just throw your pet in the back seat of a car and hope for the best, nor will I compete with the bids of other transporters who do. (apples/oranges). Containment is 90% of safety when it comes to transporting animals. Harnesses are designed to keep animals from jumping out of a vehicle, not protect them in an accident. As soon as a window breaks in even a minor accident, animals scatter. I can't take your pet to an animal hospital if it ran away in fear...and no paramedic will help me chase it down. The crates I use are designed to withstand accidents and stay closed. My military experience taught me to prepare for the bad day, but hope it never comes. If the pentagon has an official plan for alien invasions, then I can plan for whatever bad things may happen as well. Spotless driving record. No moving violations in over 20 years and no at-fault accidents EVER. Red Cross certified for pet first aid and CPR USDA Certified for animal transport. My wife, Jennifer, and I are living our best lives on a farm near the Lake of the Ozarks. We've always had dogs and my wife once owned a farm and raised various animals. We currently have 7 dogs, all rescued. We have been foster dog parents specializing in hospice and pregnant Mommas/puppies. Neither of us has had a ticket/accident in at least 12 years, easily driving close to 1,000,000 miles combined! If you want somebody cheap, that person will be stacking a bunch of animals. We don't do that. I've never transported more than 4 at a time and 2 of those were rabbits which didn't require anything of me. Your pets will receive VIP treatment every step of the way. Pictures, videos, texts, whatever you need to make you feel comfortable. We understand the anxiety you're feeling trusting your pet to a stranger. Rest assured knowing we've got everything under control and safe. One time, I hauled a loose car door for a customer and required a hotel stay. I brought the door into the hotel room and sent a pic to the customer because I told him I would keep it safe. I've gone to the store to buy carriers because customers needed them. It's the little things we do to make your experience with us a great one. We've received perfect reviews so far and we plan on keeping that trend going. I will give you an approximate delivery time and then strive to be earlier than that. One thing I learned in high school is this: If you're early, you're on time. If you're on time, you're late. We require 1/2 payment at pickup, and the balance is due at delivery.
