I am very impressed! I didn't know what to expect when researching this, Johnna was the first person to contact me and despite looking at other options I kept coming back to her. I'm so glad I went with my gut. She's professional and kind, informative, and genuinely cares about my pet. I feel that she would advocate for my pet as strongly as I would myself. She communicated consistently and was there when I needed her. The entire process was flawless. And this was a cross country trip from San Diego to New England! If you are able to book with her I would definitely recommend it.

Where to begin? We had such a wonderful, positive experience with Nanny J! We unexpectedly found ourselves adopting a puppy from CA to MI and we had to act fast to figure out how to get her here. Decided a flight nanny was the way. We hit the jackpot when we found Nanny J!! I was a nervous Puppy Mom and this seemed a huge undertaking to me, but Nanny did a phenomenal job of reassuring us and taking excellent care of our pup. Truly treated her like her own!! Highly recommend Nanny J. She is a gem!!!

Nanny J is AMAZING. She took video and lots of pictures of my puppy’s ?journey. She was in constant contact with us along the way. Nanny J has a heart of gold. Is so kind and compassionate and trustworthy. She loved my JACK as though he were her own. I cannot recommend her enough. Our family fell in love with her. ❤️ I would definitely have her care for my pet again. ?✈️??

Flight Nanny J, I don’t think I could ever tell you how much it meant to me, to know my puppy was in safe hands his last leg of his journey. She is the perfect guardian angel. From the very beginning she communicated with me every step everyday. She took all my stress away with all the pictures and FaceTimes and updates. Even when flights didn’t work out she just took care of it! I had no idea someone could be so kind and loving. Your dog will never go thirsty or hungry or without cuddles. She flew to Chicago to meet my puppy who just flew in from Dublin, she cleaned him up as soon as she got to him (you can imagine what he might have looked like after hours of being in a crate). I mean I can’t ever thank her enough for easing my heart and loving my puppy. Flight Nanny J if I ever needed a flight nanny again I wouldn’t hesitate to ask you for your services again. Best experience I’ve had hands down. Thanks Flight Nanny J, we will be in touch.

Johnna was great, she communicated well and provided excellent care for my 10 week old puppy. I will certainly use her again, she takes care of them as if it was her own.
