If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Tina was incredibly communicative, kind, and professional. I was a bit nervous letting my cats out of my sight, especially for their first plane ride, and there's no one I would trust more than Tina. She expertly handled two cats on three different flights. I would recommend her services to anyone and definitely use them again myself should I ever need to.

Compass Flight Nanny was AMAZING! She transported our two cats from Phoenix to Portland with an interchange with friends and the entire transport was flawless. Great communications throughout and the schedule was on point. Definitely will use Compass Flight Nanny when my next need occurs. Loved it!

OMG! With all the Southwest flights being cancelled during the end of year holidays, Compass Flight Nanny went above and beyond!! She got in her own car and drove our precious cargo to us. She was constantly in communication with my cousin (the breeder) and me for the entire week before the trip all the way through delivery and the next morning. I could not have asked for more! I cannot recommend Tina highly enough!

Tina is just amazing! when you picture someone transporting your new bundle of joy you picture certain qualities they would have she is everything we hoped for! She treated our new girl like a princess on the flight, kept both parties updated along the way with pictures as well, so much quicker then hiring a driver transport less stress on your pet and was one on one so our girl was her main priority! We will definitely be using Tina again in the future!
