My name is Katelyn and I would LOVE to help you with your transport. I'm new to this business, but not new to transporting horses and dogs all over the United States. I've transported, shown and traveled with my own pets since a very young age. It just made sense for pet transportation to be a part of my business. I own and run Bone Creek Ranch, LLC. We are family operated and we will treat your pet as one of our own. I know first hand how stressful it is sending your fur-baby off with a stranger. After an experience that I had with a transporter, I decided that it just made sense to make transportation a part of my business. We share our GPS, we send updates with pictures and we listen to what your needs and the dogs needs are. I am available by phone, text or email before, during, and after your transport. I'm not just saying that, I mean it. All of my drivers are family or myself. Our drivers use their late model vehicles which are temperature controlled, so your pet is comfortable. I know all of our drivers and love and respect them as they are family and you will love them too. Let me introduce you...My retired Dad is my "go-to" co-pilot. When he's driving or I'm driving, know that your pet is getting all the extra attention they deserve and more. Additionally, there's my Mom and she takes "Pet Grandma" very seriously...and I mean very seriously. My husband and brother both have big hearts and when they can get away, you may see one of them too. We understand schedules and deadlines. We pride ourselves with meeting your needs and time schedules. Our goal is to help your pet get safely to his/her destination with the least amount of stress. At stops we will update you with texts and pictures and you can contact us, anytime. I have traveled all over the United States showing horses and I now travel showing in the AKC world, my own two dogs. I have two Pembroke Welsh Corgis, a Norwegian Buhound and a Red Bone Coonhound. Traveling, time frames and pets needs and stress are very familiar to me and what it takes to provide a comfortable and safe environment to ensure an on time and safe ride. If there is a problem along the way, I have an animal science degree and years of living and being raised on a farm to notice most things that come up and how to take action. At night I do use pet friendly hotels or Airbnb and I make sure your furry guy or gal is brought into the room or home where they are not left alone or unattended. ✨️ Please keep in mind in order for me to provide the low cost services I offer. I do need to transport no more then 3-4 pets at a time during the trips I take. However, I do make sure to keep the pet count low in order to ensure every pet recieves the individual attention needed for the fluffy guy or gal to have a comfortable trip. ✨️ All the equipment I use is sanitized between each drop off and the next pick up to ensure that it is cleaned and comfortable for your furry loved one. ✨️ Any specialized diet plans will be followed, so please feel free to inform me of any details as I will make every attempt to help make the trip comfortable for your pet as well as for yourself. ✨️ 30% of the agreed upon payment for the service will be due at the pickup via either zelle or cash. The remaining balance is to be paid at the drop-off prior to the pet being delivered, and can be paid via either of the same payment methods previously mentioned. I drive a crazy amount of hours since I'm used to it. I'm very reliable. Also, need something done asap? I'm the perfect person for it, I'm known for taking very last minute trips. If you let your pet roam in your vehicle, they can roam in mine too 😂 (dog I am transporting right now across country is free roam). My vehicle is always clean before picking up. Don't want them stopping at pet parks while I get gas? Let me know what makes you more comfortable.. I can find a quiet spot away from other people or traffic. I don't take the dogs into the parks if others are in there. I have AC and will always make sure they are comfortable. I currently only drive animals unless they have everything required for a flight I'm fine with doing a round trip but you must have someone meet me at the airport since I'll be parking my rental at the airport I'm taking off from ☺️.
