Leani and her husband were wonderful. They were able to keep our 4 cats for almost a week before transport to help us out with our move. We were kept up to date multiple times and the cats arrived safely and happy on time. Best transporters out there!!

I recently used this service to transport my dog from TN to CA. Overall, the experience was positive. Brianna was very kind and clearly cared about his well-being, which made me feel much more comfortable. My dog arrived safely and looked like he had a great time on the journey. I appreciated that pictures and updates were sent whenever I asked, which helped ease my mind along the way. Communication could have been a little more consistent overall, but knowing my dog was well cared for and delivered safely makes me glad I chose this service. I’d trust them again for future travel needs.

Sam transported my Aussie Shepard puppy on a 5 hour ride and he was great! The ride was tracked the whole time and he kept me in updated with time stamped pictures. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give Kay 10 stars. She literally helped save my dog’s life. She was kind through the whole process sent us multiple photos. Showing us how they were doing even stopped and got some wound care for my dog that got injured. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Devin was fantastic to work with from beginning to end. He kept in contact with us throughout the trip and delivered our dog safely and on time. We don't plan on moving for a long time. But if we do, I would contact Devin directly to transport our dog.

I can’t say enough good things! Pacific Northwest Pet Express went above and beyond transporting my pug, Luna. Not only were they kind and professional, but they also kept me updated the whole way with messages and pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind. They even surprised Luna with a pup treat, which she loved! I honestly expected the trip to take longer, but they got her to me faster than I could have imagined. Truly an exceptional experience from start to finish, highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet transporter!
