203 Transportation: Professional Logistics & Pet Transport Please read ALL this information; it is necessary for a successful delivery process for your pet or item. Welcome to CitizenShipper and 203 Transportation. It is a delight to have you join me and my co-pilot, Bowser (my dog), on our life journey. I am a veteran and an avid van-lifer who was raised on a country farm. Over the years, I have cared for dogs, cats, cows, pigs, and even a donkey. I have been in the transportation business as an independent contractor since 2014, starting with last-mile medication transport before transitioning to nationwide routes to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the 48 states. Equipment & Safety Standards I prefer that my clients provide their own kennels. If you need me to provide one, I can at your expense, and you keep the kennel. For safety, I require that dogs wear a harness, NOT a neck collar, during transport. I provide water and food bowls that attach to the kennel doors, and I provide bottled water only—I will not use tap water for transport. What to Provide As the owner or breeder, you are responsible for providing a harness, leash, and food. I provide towels or blankets in the kennel for comfort (washed daily). I recommend sending a toy to help pass the time; treats are also appreciated. Please remember space is limited—only send necessary items. Aside from food, all other items should fit in a plastic shoe box. The Routine & Communication All transport is SHARED unless a special request is made. Morning: Pets are walked, fed, and given fresh water. An hour later, they are walked again before we begin. In-Transit: I stop every two hours for bathroom breaks. Total drive time averages 6 to 8 hours daily. Updates: You will receive a photo of your pet with their food/water every morning, a photo inside the kennel before we start, and text updates throughout the day. Before bed, you will receive a location notice and a final photo of your pet. Booking & Payment Terms Once you click "Book," you will pay two separate fees: The Booking Fee: Paid to the website via credit card for their protection plan and background checks. The Driver Fee: This is my quote, paid directly to me via CashApp, PayPal (Friends & Family), or Walmart-to-Walmart. The Driver Fee is due UPFRONT upon booking. This is my living, and these funds cover the immediate costs of your specific trip (fuel and logistics). If you are not willing to pay upfront, please do not book with me. After booking, please message me the pickup/delivery contact names, addresses, and phone numbers. I will then send your contact information and a formal contract via email. Off duty normally from 10 pm to 6 am. Occasionally Citizenshipper marks messages read as soon as they are sent. Thank you for taking the time to learn how your transport will be handled. Juan promoted his professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm pretty highly with me prior to me accepting his services....he set the bar high...but in my opinion...he understated them...my dog Boyd just got dropped off....I could not be more happy with the whole experience....loving,caring, beyond professional....are only some of the superlatives I can use. Juan went over and above he was so patient waiting for us to get everything together so that my babies would be comfortable. I highly recommend his services, he stayed in touch with me the entire time and checked in with me. This was a very stressful move on way out he went out of his way to give them everything they needed please put your trust in him you won’t be sorry thank you again for everything!

Juan and his wife Marie were awesome and just the couple to get the job done with our Kronos. They literally treated Kronos like their own and were extremely attentive at providing us updates with pictures throughout the journey. They were reasonably priced and we will definitely use them again for our transporting needs should the need arise again! This was a long haul from California to Florida and they technically did it in just 5 days! Kronos was so peaceful and happy when he arrived and is settling in perfectly to his new digs. Thank you 203 Transportation for bailing us out of a tough situation on such short notice!
