We recently welcomed our sweet Malshi puppy, Noki, into our family, and none of it would have gone so smoothly without Kathleen — an absolute gem of a flight nanny! From the start, this wasn’t a straightforward process. Noki was located in Candler, North Carolina, Kathleen is based in Miami, Florida, and we’re on the other side of the country in Seattle, Washington. Add in a fair amount of back and forth on my end about which puppy I was going to go with, and it could have easily been a stressful situation. But Kathleen? She was nothing but flexible, understanding, and supportive — always letting me know she was good with whatever I decided. To make things even more complicated, I accidentally gave both Kathleen and the breeder the wrong contact information, which delayed their ability to communicate. But through it all, Kathleen stayed cool, calm, and collected. Her professionalism never wavered. When it came time for transport, she went above and beyond. She picked up Noki and ensured she was flown safely to us in a brand new carrier — because as she rightfully says, reusable carriers can be questionable, and our new puppies deserve the safest, cleanest start possible. She kept me in the loop at every milestone along the way and sent adorable photo updates at each stop. And let’s not forget — she’s absolutely hilarious. Her warmth, humor, and positive energy made the entire process feel easy and fun. Kathleen brought Noki home to us safely and with so much heart. If you’re considering using a flight nanny, stop looking — Kathleen is the one. You won’t be disappointed. She’ll take care of your fur baby like it’s her own and make sure your new family member arrives healthy, happy, and loved. Thank you, Kathleen! We’re forever grateful.

Samantha and her husband were wonderful, they treated our fur babies (Two Huskies) like their own, sent constant updates and photos along the way. They picked them up in California and traveled with them to Ohio. I cannot speak highly enough. TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BABIES!!!

Friendly, communicative, and on time!

We were terrified to send a 6 month old Golden Retriever with a stranger for four days. Our fears were misplaced. It was a wonderful experience. Everything perfect. Best service experience I’ve ever had. Truly. Very grateful to these good people. I know this sounds over the top, but it was just such a relief to have everything go so well.

This was my first time using ground transportation for an 8 week old puppy, so naturally I was nervous. Hannah put me at ease from the start. Communication was great and the puppy was delivered to its new owners safe and happy. I will definitely use this company for future needs.

Nothing stopped this shipper. She dealt with closed interstates (plural), horrible weather, re-routes on top of re-routes and foggy back-back roads to safely delivery the kitty. Kitty arrives in great good spirits and I could not be more grateful.

Please think twice before trusting Fur De Lis transport service with your animal. We booked them through CitizenShip. Lucy was transported from Texas to North Carolina, which took 5 days. Upon her arrival, she was covered in her own feces and absolutely reeked. It took me 3+ hours to bathe her and her remove the caked stool from her fur, in addition to the seemingly permanent urine stain that is on her left buttocks. She also had pressure wounds on her extremities and buttocks, was unable to sit/lay down without pain. It's clear that no humane consideration was taken for this animal during the transport. In addition to this, the driver requested payment PRIOR to arriving with Lucy. I rushed her to the vet, where the vet advised her buttocks had be "scorched" from sitting in her own urine/stool for an extended period of time. She is now taking pain medication, antibiotics by mouth as well as antibiotic ointment - which will be required for the next TWO WEEKS. After incurring an expensive vet bill, I reached out to the owners of this company, who took no responsibility and claimed they "didn't know what happened." I'm horrified the way my dog was treated.

Desiree made an amazing job to get our pet home safely. They arrived before 2am, braving some down pour and traffic along the way but still fulfilled her task. Our pet likes her! Thank you Des, you were wonderful! Highly recommended!
