⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review We recently used CitizenShipper to transport our two dogs from Illinois to Wyoming, and we could not have asked for a better experience with Christina and Mystic. From the very beginning, communication was outstanding. Christina kept us updated with clear messages, quick responses, and genuine care for our dogs’ comfort and safety. During the trip, she went above and beyond—sending regular photo and video updates, letting us know how the dogs were settling in, when they had breaks, and how they were eating and drinking. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were being treated like family the entire time. Our dogs arrived safe, happy, and calm—better than we ever expected after such a long journey. Christina and Mystic clearly love animals and treat them with compassion and professionalism. Their vehicle was spotless and well-prepared, and the whole process felt organized and stress-free. If you’re looking for trustworthy, kind, and reliable pet transporters, I cannot recommend Christina and Mystic enough. They truly made what could have been a stressful experience into one that was smooth, reassuring, and full of care. We’re so grateful to them and would absolutely use their services again in the future!!

This was our first time using CitizenShipper and Gage was remarkable! First of all, I was shocked with his price especially since he was doing a private transport! So I was obviously extremely skeptical at first about this being legitimate. But sure enough it definitely was because we received our Frenchie puppy the same day! He picked her up on Saturday @ 1pm in Florida and dropped her off to us in Charlotte, NC @ 10:34pm. That timing was even with horrible rainy weather! He was very kind and FAST with responses over text and even went an extra mile by purchasing a harness for little one! He sent photos along their journey and made us feel very comfortable. I would get his help again! Thank you again so much for bringing our new addition home to us safely! We are beyond grateful!

I’m extremely satisfied with the service. She is such a kind and thoughtful person who took wonderful care of my bunny throughout the whole trip. She kept me updated all the time with photos, videos, and even shared her live location so I always knew how my bunny was doing. On the road she was very attentive, making sure my bunny was comfortable, and even played bunny relax music to help him stay calm. I could really feel that she treated my bunny with genuine care and patience. I truly appreciate her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a safe and reliable pet transport.

I will never be able to say enough about Toyamarie! Phenomenal transport of my fur baby. She updated me every step of the way, videos and all! Warnsney traveled with my baby bunny from Florida to Washington, D.C. I’m really happy with the service since the moment I spoke with him. He was very attentive with my bunny, asked me for all the instructions, and arrived on time. My bunny arrived safe and sound, and I highly recommend him for small pets!

Wow….Angie was excellent! I am a breeder who has used different shippers over the years & I have to say Angie is a shining star compared to previous shippers I’ve used. Her communication was on point, replied to every text or phone call, confirmed pickup times & stayed in touch using attached pictures during the trip. She arrived ahead of schedule too!! Definitely using Angie’s service again.

I recently used Webb Transport & Delivery Services for the transport of my Doberman Puppy, Katy, and I just wanted to take the time to say how beyond impressed I was with the quality of service I received!!! Miss Kelly (owner and transport driver) did a such wonderful job with my pup, and I just couldn’t be happier! Katy is only 8 months old and can be a challenge, as all puppies can be!! But this challenge was no match for Miss Kelly’s skill in doggy transport! Booking with Webb Transport was quick and easy; they were available on short notice, which was great! I booked online on Wednesday evening and the appointment was set for the very next morning; early Thursday. Arrival for Katy’s pick up was on time, and Miss Kelly immediately displayed great compassion and expertise for working with animals. Departure was simple and quick: we were packed up and on the road in no time at all. From the moment the experience began I noticed the highest level of attention and care for Katy’s comfort, safety, and well-being… This was very important to me since my pet is like family. On the other end, the trip was complete in excellent time. From Departure in Houston, TX to arrival in Western, North Carolina; it took them only one and a half days time. I thought this was so impressive as I was expecting that distance to take a minimum of 3 days, if not more. The level of communication was above and beyond, too. Consistent updates kept me apprised of Katy’s good behavior and wellness throughout the trip, so I did not have to worry about my baby for one moment!! My Overall Conclusion: I would 100% recommend Webb Transport & Delivery Services to anyone in need of Pet Transport (or any other type of delivery service) 10 times out of 10! This as my first experience using CitizenShipper and was very nervous about leaving my fur baby! But it was a great experience. Hayley took amazing care of our dog- was a great communicator and sent us pictures a long the way. Would absolutely recommend!
