DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY or STEPHANIE. If I could put zero stars I would simply bad . Bad communication with me With the breeder The pick up person was waiting 2 hours after msg and calls and no answer I called many times Txt many times Completely ghosted So not cool not trustworthy , very disappointing, disrespectful and very sad! . The family was awaiting for the puppy. No show! Wow and no response. The monies owed is the following 187.00 for processing fee and a direct deposit of $90.00 Very disappointing! Played with the families emotions on validating to pick up the puppy.

Wonderful people and dedicated to making sure your pets are safe and cared for. Great communication the whole time which really helped reassure me. Got my puppy to me from Ohio to Maine quickly and efficiently. Puppy pics and updates were welcomed. Hope you get to enjoy some of Maine while your here. Im so grateful to start this journey with my new puppy and you folks made it happen!

Sheryl was extremely helpful and safely and timely delivered 5 cats and one kitten to my home. She is an excellent shipper who loves animals and cares for them as if they were her own. I would highly recommend Pawfect Pet Conciege and Transport and will use them in the future.

I was nervous as I had never booked a transport for a pet before. After receiving the bid, I selected Jaja to bring my new family member to my home. Our communication was exceptional and he kept me apprised of all plans, timing and what I should expect the day of transport. The morning came and I received photos of my pup ready for his excursion in a comfortable secure part of the car. Throughout the day I received updates including photos and expected time of arrival. When Jaja arrived with my pet, the dog was comfortable and relaxed. If you are seeking a great person to transport your pet, you definitely can not go wrong booking On the Spot! Highly recommended!!!

I was hesitant because Christian’s Pawsome Journey LLC. is so new to the app. However- my gut feeling was to move forward with them. I received numerous bids, were outrageously high and unnecessary. This app already does the background checks, verifications, FYI there is a cost to booking. Not including the cost to the driver, which IS the bid prompted to go through for the delivery. So cost for app to book is completely separate to the actual driver. Being that this was an unexpected expense, I was able to work out a time and price, in addition to paying the app. But TRUST me, you want to use this app to background and all that for you! So next, let me say this is all you need from this amazing team- in addition to being communicative- having an online tracker to each movement from beginning to end. The absolute care and attention they gave to Sarge was unbelievably valuable. When they dropped him off, meeting them was such a pleasure- the kind of people you want at your dinner table! Sarge was confused lol- he was thinking he was going to be go back with them! Ha! I will be using their services and only them. Happy Journeys ! God bless

Bryan answered all the questions I had regarding the delivery of my puppy. I have never used a Service like this before. Bryan was on time picking up my puppy to begin the trip to my home. He kept in touch with me the whole way and also sent a picture of my puppy. I was given a time of arrival and Bryan managed to get here ahead of that time. I wouldn’t hesitate using.Bryan. I would definitely recommend Utopia Road Ventures.

Amazing driver! I was extremely nervous about trusting someone with my dog but Jessica and her bestie were so heartwarming when I met them in person! Jessica sent me a lot of pictures and updates on how my dog was doing to the point where I didn’t even have to ask! I flew down to the destination they were dropping my dog off and they arrived earlier than me but they didn’t mind waiting until I landed and got to my destination! I highly recommend anybody that’s scrolling on this app and don’t know who to choose to choose her!! She’s also very considerate for military members as well!
