Don’t Do it, My Cat was picked up from seller July 22nd. I didn’t receive it until July 30th smh. It was little communication from transporter. I had to keep sending messages and got responses days later. I tried to be understanding with the trip because it seemed that the transporter had issues from start to finish. I was told by the seller when cat was picked up that the transporter had a both of stray dogs that would be in the car with my cat until they were drop off at a shelter and the seller wasn’t pleased at all. I was asked was I flexible with drop off? I said yes, thinking that maybe an extra day or so because I know they have to also sleep eat and rest but to receive my cat 8 days later is crazy a 14 Hour Drive from seller to me and it took eight days. When I finally received my pet and took him into the house, my daughter who was the first to grab the cat from the transporter said the cat smelled and sure enough he smelled like he had just been sitting in pee. Will definitely not use them again and don’t advise anyone else too.

Five stars isn’t enough! We are beyond grateful to Continental Pet Transport for the incredible care they gave our dog Junior on his journey from Chino Hills, CA to Mount Pleasant, SC. They delivered him safely in just four days, and every step of the way we were kept updated with photos, messages, and peace of mind. Junior was fed, loved, and treated like family, and it truly shows. When he arrived, he was happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. It’s hard to trust someone with your fur baby — but Continental Pet Transport earned our trust a thousand times over. Thank you for treating our boy like your own. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Serena was fantastic with my puppy’s transport when I was unable to take him myself. She kept us updated (both myself and pups new owner) the whole way and worked with me on everything! I can’t wait to use her services again. I would recommend her to anyone.

Absolutely phenomenal experience! Jorge picked up our puppy on time and delivered her ahead of time. First class service. Would use him again without hesitation! It could not have gone better!!

I can't say enough about Christina and Mystic. They took care of my baby almost better than me!! They kept me updated on their routes, how my baby was doing, sent pictures. I would definitely recommend them for pet transport, but for any other kind of transport you might need. They have even followed up afterward to see how my girl was doing in her new location. Highly recommend!

Gina provided the best service I could have asked for! She was in constant communication throughout the trip, sending me plenty of photos and updates along the way. It made me feel relieved to know that my dog Reggie was cared for, and I am thankful for the service Gina provided. Melissa and Jen treated Charlie like their own—sending updates along the way, handling him with care, and ensuring he was comfortable for the entire journey. First time doing something like this, but when Robert showed up he was professional and a really cool guy. I should say he wasn't alone he brought his beautiful dog. (travel companion) Robert's equipment and trailer was top notch and he secured my bikes perfectly and even brought some blankets to cover them. I love Robert's passion for motorcycles and pretty much everything else in life. We had a good conversation and really put me at ease. He even worked with me on timing of drop off! Which I greatly appreciated. If I ever need anything else transport will would contact Robert first.

Jenny and Mike of Wag N Wheels are great!!! They transported our Frenchie from Illinois to Texas and took great care of her. Jenny and Mike texted and sent pictures during the 14 hour trip. Their use of the Life360 app allowed us to track their progress “minute by minute.” I highly recommend using Wag Wheels to transport your furry family members.

I can’t say enough good things about Tom, lm he was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He transported my puppy from Cleveland to Salt Lake City and went above and beyond every step of the way. From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive, easy to communicate with, and so thoughtful. He drove over an hour to pick up the puppy, paid the breeder in cash on my behalf (after I Venmo’d him the amount), and even kept the puppy overnight to ensure a smooth travel day. He kept me updated with pictures, messages, and flight tracking the entire time, which gave me so much peace of mind. When I got unexpectedly tied up helping my mom with a medical issue and couldn’t make it to the airport, I asked if there was any way he could deliver the puppy to where I was staying—and he did, without hesitation. It meant the world to me. This was my first time hiring someone to transport a dog, and I was honestly nervous about putting that much trust in a stranger. But Tom completely exceeded every expectation. He took such good care of my new puppy and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’m incredibly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone! Thank you, Tom!

Jessica was super communicative and professional, we knew our big fur baby would be in great hands for his first coast to coast journey! She kept us updated throughout the entire trip with pictures and detailed notes, she was so accommodating and helpful. We loved working with Jessica!!!

My niece passed away and I needed to send her cat Willow to my sister in law in Georgia. I placed a bid on citizenshipper. Jazzy’s Pet Care reached out and they were able to take the job sooner than expected. After reading all the reviews and saw how many deliveries they had, I felt comfortable. I never used a pet courier service before and Jaja made the process easy. Willow was picked up within 2 days and arrived in her new home safely the same day! Chris (driver) was kind and kept me posted along the way. I am very grateful for Jazzy’s Pet Care for assisting me with this emotional process.

I can’t think of any reason not giving Terry a 5 stars! Definitely exceed expectation, very reasonable quote, pick up and deliver the puppy 100% on time! Terry kept us updated about his schedule and shared the puppy’s moments once he stopped for break. If you are looking for a trustworthy and happy driver who really loves and cares for the puppy, Highly recommend Terry’s service!

I recently had my car transported from Texas to California, and unfortunately, my experience with the driver was less than ideal. Communication throughout the process was poor. I had to reach out multiple times for updates, including on the day of pick-up when he told me he’d arrive around 1:00 PM but didn’t show up until around 6:40 PM without proactively informing me of the delay. The location where he had me meet him to hand over the car was also not safe; it was on a busy main street with no sidewalk, and I had my young child with me. We had to walk home in traffic, which felt unnecessarily risky. For drop-off, he told me to expect the car around noon on the scheduled day. Once again, there was no update, and he didn’t arrive until around 6:00 PM. When I received the car, there was oil spilled across the front windshield and the body of the car. My windshield wipers are now streaking due to being covered in oil. The car also smells like oil inside, which is concerning. Additionally, there are scuff marks on the back bumper and my temporary paper license plate looked torn off. The driver brushed these concerns off, saying the scuff marks were dirt and that it had rained hard, but I expected a more professional and thorough hand-off. While the car did eventually make it to its destination, the lack of communication, unsafe pickup location, damage and condition of the car, and overall customer experience leave much to be desired. I wouldn’t feel comfortable using this service again unless clear improvements were made to communication, professionalism, and vehicle care. Communication is crucial when handling someone’s personal belongings and possessions.
