We recently adopted a 5 month old puppy. We wanted to use a specific breeder in Alabama where our last dog came from. We now live in Maine and have never used a pet transportation company before. I was really nervous. I had no idea what to expect. All my worrying was for nothing! Kristin was fantastic!! She picked up my puppy on a Wednesday morning and my new bundle of joy arrived Thursday evening. She sent photos and videos along the way. She was very responsive to any questions I asked. She even stopped for the night at her parents as they were on her route and sheād have to stop for the night anyway. She sent me videos of him getting love and attention. I live pretty rural and she had no issues getting my pup to me safely. I canāt say enough about her. I would definitely use this company and especially Kristin again if I ever need to!

She assured me that she would be in touch a few times a day with updates and pictures and she delivered on her promise! Brandy arrived at our new home in Utah just a few days later. I can't say enough kind words for Ashlyn and Artemis Elite. I would hire them again in a second.

We were so worried about our cats making a 15 hour drive from LA to Portland. Not only did Natalia have a great set up for the cats, they did great with her. Call it that special something that puts cats at ease. We received photos of the cats along the way and were connected through a tracking app so we always knew where they were in during our journey. Overall great experience. Moving is stressful with cats and Natalia made it made the whole experience easier. Highly recommend.
