Amazing transport of 3 dogs. Matt and his associate were absolutely wonderful. He kept in contact with me, always quick to respond to any questions I had, as I was nervous about them being transported by anyone other than my father, who passed earlier this year. All 3 arrived safely and in great spirts. 1 of the dogs is older and very large with some health issues and he handled her with such care. I will definitely call on him again if the need arises.

This was our first time ever transporting our pets across country. We had no idea what to expect. Melicia and Deja were so friendly, helpful and made the experience a breeze. They regularly kept in regular communication and provided us video updates on how our pups were doing throughout various pit stops and stays. Not only that, they arrived with our pops within the hour of our arrival to our new home. If we ever had to ship our pets again, no question, we would choose and recommend NESWT.

Highly Recommend Angel Transportation! I cannot thank Jacqueline and Anthony from Angel Transportation enough for the care and compassion they showed while transporting my brother’s dog, Kiya, from Denton, Texas, to Calumet City, Illinois, just days after my brother passed away. Kiya was deeply grieving and very apprehensive—she wouldn’t eat and spent most of the time lying down. Anthony and Jacqueline went above and beyond to ensure Kiya felt comforted during the long trip to her new home. They thoughtfully asked for something of my brother’s or his favorite song to help soothe her. They also inquired about Kiya’s favorite treats to keep her calm. Anthony showed incredible patience and care, getting Kiya to eat and making her as comfortable as possible. He sent frequent updates and pictures throughout the journey, which gave me immense peace of mind during such a difficult time. Their attention to every detail allowed me to focus on my brother’s homegoing, knowing Kiya was in the best hands. Angel Transportation’s service was nothing short of amazing, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of pet transport

I honestly don’t even have the words to express how much Samantha means to me after what she did. My mom recently passed, and this was my first Christmas without her. It’s been so hard, and I just needed my dog, Chloe, with me more than ever. Samantha made that happen. She went out of her way to pick up Chloe and drive her to me, even though it meant traveling during the holidays. She didn’t just get the job done—she made sure Chloe was safe, comfortable, and loved the entire time. And on top of all that, she got Chloe to me early Christmas morning. I can’t even describe what it felt like to wake up and have Chloe with me—it was exactly what I needed to get through such a tough time. Samantha isn’t just incredible at what she does; she’s thoughtful, compassionate, and truly understands how important our pets are to us. She treated Chloe with so much care, and she treated me with so much kindness during one of the hardest times of my life. If you’re thinking about working with her, don’t even hesitate. Samantha is amazing, and I’ll never forget what she did for me.

Amazing service! They delivered our 10 week old Pomchi and made sure that he was protected as he wasn’t vaxxed yet. They provided us with lots of updates throughout the experience.

First time using a shipping transport company and I couldn’t be more happy with how it went. Juan communicated the whole time and sent photos when they made a stop for gas. Along with sending a GPS location so I could see where he was on the route to my house. I would use them again if the occasion arose.

I never take the time to leave reviews at all but this company deserves 5/5 stars. I bought a bunny and was really hoping to have it here in time for Christmas and thanks to La familia animal transport I was able to do that . The bunny wasn’t available to be picked up until 12.22 and they had her to me 12.23 which allowed me show my girl what Santa got her on Christmas. Mind you this was a 1140 mile trip one way and they did this at a more than reasonable cost while sending me picture and updates of the bunny the whole way! I will be using in the future for animal transporting from here on out. Thank La familia for making my daughter’s Christmas a little extra special this year!

This was our first experience with transporting our dog so we don't have anything to compare it to. But I don't see how it could have gone any better! USA Transport not only got our fur baby to us safe and happy but made us feel safe and happy. They were punctual and very communicative. They sent us several daily updates with texts, photos, and videos. We will always turn first to USA Animal Transport for our pet transport needs and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you USA Animal Transport!!

Gigi and José are AWESOME! José took great care of our doggo, shared insights about his personality and sent pictures along the way! I think Citizen Shipper takes WAY too much money for simply hosting this platform though. They charged us almost $300 more just for booking transportation on this platform. I didn’t know they were doing that until I heard from the shipper my deposit went directly to the platform 🤦🏽‍♀️ So heads up, my transport team was amazing, this middle man, not so much.

Dee and Gail were excellent! They delivered our Christmas kitty on Christmas Eve and took wonderful care of him during the trip. We plan to use Gail for pet sitting sometime too. Highly recommend their service! Thank you!!!
