Extraordinarily, exceptional services and care were provided to Milo as he embarked on his first flight with Fabio at J&J. Thank you Jennifer and Fabio for being so incredibly understanding, flexible and patient with me. I’m a travel nurse and my travel plans changed several times over 5 weeks before I actually got my next job secured. Jen never gave up on me or Milo even though it would take 5 weeks and several flight changes involving different cities and airports before I got my plans finalized. I’ve been traveling as a nurse for 4 years, have no plans to stop anytime soon and plan to only use J&J Flight Nanny Transport from now on. Milo arrived happy, healthy and also fell in love his new buddy, Fabio!

We were very satisfied with the service. Osman kept in contact with texts and pictures throughout the 1900 mile trip. Our 9 month, 100 pound malamute obviously bonded with his care giver/ driver. I would definitely use this service again.

Fast and safe delivery

Warsney is amazing! He drove our pup from Houston to CA and kept us updated with photos/videos throughout the entire trip. Can’t say enough about how pleased we are with this experience.

The absolute best person I could have hoped to transport my dog. He sent pictures at the park every day, on time, very responsive, amazingly priced, reliable, gives you a link to GPS tracking the whole time. If you don't go with him then honestly you don't want the best transporting your animal. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Ashley was wonderful to work with, from start to finish! She made coordinating the logistics easy, showed up on time, and got three cats delivered safely and happily to their owner!

Service was fantastic! He showed up in the very specific time window I had available (5am) and was SO patient with us as we navigated multiple difficult situations. He took photos ans videos of my cats throughout the drive. He got them from Maryland to South FL in the same day. The cats did not seem stressed at all. He was SO pleasant to work with and replied to all messages very quickly both before, during, and after transport. I am SO thankful!!!
