They made it a seamless process. They were able to do same day delivery for me because my original driver cancelled day of and I was out of food for the dog. She booked a flight and drove to me got from Florida to NY the same day. She gave me updates, videos, pictures, and took care of him like he was her own. Highly highly recommend. Communication was constant and made me feel so comfortable !!

Did a great job. Luna arrived safe and sound despite bad weather along the trip. I was kept up to date the whole trip.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Leani as our flight nanny for our puppy, Skye—and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Despite the challenges of a long trip with three out of four flights delayed, she never once lost her positive attitude. She stayed in amazing spirits the entire time, and it really showed how much she truly cares about the animals she’s transporting. She kept us updated constantly with tons of photos and videos, so we always felt connected and reassured knowing Skye was in caring, capable hands. When they finally arrived, it was clear our puppy had been treated with love and comfort the whole way. Leani is professional, compassionate, and just an all-around wonderful person to entrust with your beloved pet. We would choose her again in a heartbeat and feel so lucky to have found someone so dedicated and kind. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pet like family, look no further—she’s the best there is!

My puppy made it home safe and sound. Amazing overall experience cheap price and very great people. I was habing a hard time finding a good price and have my Doberman transported at the age it had. They made it possible for me to be together with him. Highly recommended if your looking for a good price and great communication.
