I am the owner, your point of contact, and the driver caring for your pet from pickup to delivery—never outsourced, never handed off. We proudly maintain a 0% cancellation rate and operate as a dedicated duo team, transporting a maximum of four pets at a time. This allows us to provide individualized care, constant monitoring, and a calm, low-stress environment for every pet onboard. 🐾 Safety & Care Standards • All dogs are double-leashed during walks and equipped with a GPS tracker • Clients receive photo & video updates every 3–5 hours • A live GPS tracking link is shared so you can follow the journey in real time 🍼 Puppy-Specific Care — No Paws on the Ground Puppies follow our strict “No Paws on the Ground” policy, designed to protect their fragile, developing immune systems from exposure to germs, bacteria, and illnesses commonly found on floors, rest stops, and around other animals. Puppies are carried or transported only in brand-new carriers (yours to keep) and are never placed on public surfaces. Each puppy is sent home with: ✔ A new carrier ✔ New bowls ✔ A soft blanket as a parting gift 🧴 Comfort & Special Needs • Bottled water only (never tap) • Disposable bowls available if personal bowls are forgotten • Experienced with elderly, disabled, fearful, and anxious pets • Comfortable administering medications as needed Booking & Payment -50% deposit required to secure transport, within 24 hours of booking. -Remaining balance due at time of pet pick up. *Please be advised that CitizenShipper does charge a separate fee for facilitating on their platform. Q: Will my pet be with many others? A: No. We transport a maximum of four pets to ensure individualized care. Q: How often will I hear from you? A: You’ll receive photo and video updates every 3–5 hours, plus a live GPS link. Q: Why no paws on the ground for puppies? A: Puppies have fragile immune systems. This policy prevents exposure to germs and illnesses from public surfaces and other animals. Q: Do you handle anxious or senior pets? A: Yes—this is one of our specialties, including medication administration.

1000% recommend!! Traveled with our puppy from a few states away. She made sure he had no contact with public ground, (he’s 8 weeks so he isn’t fully vaccinated for parvo yet). He arrived happy and healthy. She even gave us a new travel case for him, along with a new portable water bowl, new toy, and new blanket! We received updates with photos and videos all throughout the travel. Thank you for getting him home to us!!

I had and absolutely amazing experience with A Pawsitive Journey! From start to finish the communication was perfect and I knew Maddie was in good hands. . I received updates with videos at every stop on the way. And they let me know when the timing changed because of traffic. Could not recommend them enough!

Wow! This was a long trip! Also, this is our first time using this platform and I am beyond satisfied. Leani and her Husband are so awesome. Videos, pictures and communication along the way exceeds any expectation I had. They checked in with any concern or question about Asher. They were prompt with timing and ensured his safety was priority. They set a goal for time, distance and did not disappoint. I am especially thankful for flexiblity during drop off. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our precious boy.
