My Mom was in the hospital and we needed help urgently to get her 4 small show dogs placed at a friends kennel about 700 miles away in California. The team and especially the driver did a wonderful job and kept me posted along the way. Driver stayed overnight in the bed over dogs area and the weather was hot, so it was very nice setup in the van and teh air conditioner was a life saver.

Super communicative and got my cats to their final destination safely. Highly recommend.

I used Pet Passengers to move my dog, Luna, and had such a great experience! I was super anxious about the whole thing, but Jaden completely put my mind at ease. He was so accommodating, kind, and understanding—always making sure I knew what was going on and that Luna was taken care of. He honestly went above and beyond, and Luna made it to her destination safe, happy, and healthy. I can’t thank him enough! If you ever need to move your pet, I definitely recommend Jaden.

Josie provided a detailed trip itinerary and provided photos and videos along the way. She genuinely adored our pups and they were visibly so happy and comfortable through what would typically be a stressful process. Yes there were smaller bids, but the exceptional experience for our fragile/elderly pups it what mattered most, and Josie exceeded our expectations.

Jennifer was wonderful ! My chinchilla is 15 years old and I was concerned because chinchillas can be very skittish. My granddaughter and I were very happy to see Nema at the airport he looked great. I would definitely use Jennifer again to care for any animal she was very sweet and caring and professional. Justin helped me so much. I had to move across states and he loaded the pigs and was so nice. He loves animals and is compassionate. I really respect him. He was kind and caring, and I would definitely hire him again.

Stacey did a wonderful job delivering the Mastiff puppy. She sent update photos ever couple hours and got to the destination promptly. I would use her again, but we are at our puppy limit!

I can't say enough positive things about Sean and Pawsport Xpress. He was a fantastic communicator, took excellent care of my dog, and relayed pictures and updates throughout their journey. He even brought a ramp to help my elderly dog get up into his vehicle! He is absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend him!
