Our experience with Donna’ 5 Star Private Pet Transportation Service was excellent from start to finish ! Donna is extremely communicative and reassuring. It is obvious that she loves animals and that she will take care of yours like they are her own. Donna and I were in constant communication about impending winter storms. Our cats are nervous and not friendly to strangers, but Donna was wonderful with them ! Singing and talking to them along the journey from New York to Florida. I contacted Christian as part of a complex move. I was already out of the country and Charlie (large 10 yr old doodle) was in the kennel. Christian was in contact a few days prior to the trip and the pick up was on time and well coordinated. Christian was amazing! He drove Charlie from Denver to Philadelphia during January and ran into winter weather along the way. He stayed in touch every few hours with maps and photos to meet me in Phili. I can't thank you enough!

Patty did an excellent job at safely transporting our rescue dog from California to Minnesota. As someone who has previously worked in transportation I understood that there are drop-offs, pick-ups, road construction, road closures, weather, etc. that all play into transport. Patty did an excellent job at maneuvering all of these and I felt fully confident in her ability to keep our dog safe and healthy on her journey home. I appreciate the location pings a couple times each day, along with photos, and updates on how Louise was doing. From the moment that Patty picked Louise up, to the moment she dropped her off, I felt nothing but confident in her skill. I also greatly appreciated Patty's honesty when it came to some of Louise's behaviors as that helped us have a bit of a baseline of what to expect and prepare for when she arrived home and as she adjusted. My only complaint, and it is purely because I am scent sensitive and not a cat person, is that Louise got to travel with cat pals which meant that she got a bath once she got home so that she would not smell like them (and that is just a me issue). Would highly recommend Patty and if we need transport again in the future will be booking with Patty.

And I came across this website citizenshipper and I started to due research about it and me and my mom was so scared and sick but we had to take a chance so we did. And we meet this great company and they pick up our two dogs lucky and Daisy and I tell you it was the best thing ever. They kept up with photos and videos and they trip and now lucky and Daisy made it home safe in Florida and I'm happy for they service.
