I will recommend her to anyone looking to have a pet transported or picked up from.the airport she went above and beyond to get my puppies to me safe and on time she is polite professional and saved my puppies from being sent back to ukraine it was not part of the bid that she would have to deal with red tape at the airport to my and my breeders horror the agent hired to ensure there safe arrival did a page of the paper work incorrectly. And my babies were set to be sent back even possibly put to.sleep if.the ukraine did not except them back she kept a level head got threw the nightmare and got.my puppies to.me.safe sound and on.time disrupting her own.work schedule to do so. I wasn't able to.travel to.the airport myself do to a physical disability so I meant the world that she acted with so much compassion for my puppies and got them to.me in a situation that she should not have had to deal with. If you’re at all concerned about the care of your pet during transport and want the best for your furry friend, then Donnie is the way to go. He was absolutely wonderful. We needed our boy, Thor, transported from Atlanta to Las Vegas in a rather last minute move. They left on a Saturday and arrived very early Monday morning. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast Donnie and his co-driver got Thor to us. Donnie constantly kept us updated with pictures of Thor along the way. He even offered to give us a wake-up call because they were rolling in so early. One of the things we liked best about Donnie was that Thor wasn’t going to be stuck in a kennel the entire way. He was sitting right up front in the cab with Donnie and his co-driver, Roy! We’ll always be so thankful to Donnie for taking such great care of our boy during his trip across the country!

My wife's Facebook post: So we have all safely arrived in Florida at our new home. I wanted to share that we had the most amazing experience with our pet transport. My husband found her online through some site that connects people with transports. It was an individual lady who lives in the Columbus area. Very reasonably priced. We have 2 dogs and 4 cats and she set it up and basically let them roam around her vehicle and drive straight through to our new home in Ft. Myers. She was willing to stop as often as we wanted for the dogs and had litter boxes set up in the car for the cats. She sent me pictures of our animals throughout, along with updates as to how the animals were doing and where they were. It really helped ease the major anxiety I was having with allowing a complete stranger to take my 6 babies. She mostly transports animals to their forever homes, but was wonderful in transporting our 6 babies across the country. If you are ever in need of a pet transport, I would recommend Christy with Canine Carriage 100%.

Me and my three kids moved from Ca to Maryland. We have a 2.5 year old male cat that needed to be transported to us. I couldn’t take him with us on the plane. Cherisse contacted saying she was heading that way and could transport. Super easy set up and she made this experience a breeze. She was always texting letting us know if there were any set backs (which traveling on the road, always expect set backs). I had no problem with set backs. She was making sure my little fur baby was safe. She sent pictures every stop they made. They made the trip in FOUR days! That is amazing! We were also able to track through gps on their whereabouts which made it fun for the kids to see where our cat was. I could not have done this without her and her husband. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read this before sending your babies with this company! My dog has always been comfortable in her kennel for meals and short times, but after this trip she lays down and rolls over at my feet in front of it because she's terrified to go inside. Cherisse agreed to pick up my dogs on a Friday in Colorado to bring to Massachusetts. She tells me early that week that they will actually be in Colorado Thursday. Perfect, I thought; my flight to MA was Saturday, so they'd start the trip sooner and I'd get them sooner on the other end. WRONG. It turns out Thursday was the start of their trip to CALIFORNIA. She said they couldn't be in Colorado Friday as initially planned, and she knew I wouldn't be in town anymore as of Saturday. I had no choice but to send them with her to go 15 hours (one way) the wrong direction before heading to MA. On top of this, my malamute hops into the kennel in the car to find it is at least a size too small. He couldn't sit up or lay down; he just crouched uncomfortably. I nearly pulled him out, but Cherisse shut the door and reassured me that they would transfer him "very soon." I figured that meant another stop in Colorado Springs where they would get settled. Again, WRONG. Apparently "very soon" means after an entire drive to CA. Yup, at least 15 hours of drive time and two overnights in an undersized kennel. I'd say that's animal cruelty. I felt horrible. I NEVER would have sent my dogs with Cherisse knowing this. She also reassured me when I passed them off that they send pictures at "every stop." WRONG. I asked for photos on day two. She said photos and updates would start once they began the trip to the east coast even though they’d had the dogs for two days. I checked in again once the tracker said they'd left CA. She sent me one lump of 11 pictures that day (Sunday), and that was all I received as far as pet care photos the entire trip. There was a 3 day guarantee in the initial message she sent me for the bid. This service did not deliver on that. It took them six days to get to me because of the trip to CA the dogs were forced into. I was so done with the misrepresentation that I told her to bring them to me no matter what hour they arrived. That turned out to be 2:30 in the morning, and I had to have them turn around to bring my leashes. Sorry to whoever's pinch collar I have because they gave me one that's not ours. By the way, they want payment for the service upfront before you’ve met them. Don't give them your money without a true guarantee, and don't sign up for their ill planning. You may provide food, feed them treats, take lots of stops, and calmly tell me, "Not to worry,” at the end of the day. However, that doesn't make up for the stress my baby girl hasn't shaken in the last week she's been home or the wrenching guilt I felt that I had no idea when my boy was going to get the sized kennel he needed while I had no way to physically intervene. I don’t understand how my experience was such a let down with all these other great reviews.

I had a trailer that needed to be picked up on a specific day. I posted the ad on Monday and needed the trailer picked up on Saturday. Before I accepted their offer, I asked if they can pick it up on Saturday because that was the only day it could be hauled, they agreed as long as I would send them the paperwork. So I accepted their offer and sent them the paperwork immediately. On Friday, the day before the agreed date, I reached out to them to confirm the pickup. They said they were still trying to find a driver and couldn't confirm the pick up. I had to spend a few hours and pay a lot more to find another driver to take care of this job. These guys aren't drivers, they are a company that places bids and re sells them to other drivers. Wasted my time and ended up costing me more money.

I am grateful to have my new puppy home. I waited a week to review Karen to be fair about my evaluation. I would recommend Karen for a short transport closer to her location. She picked up my puppy an hour and half late from the Breeder and dropped him off 31 hours later. I find this to be an unreasonable amount of time for a puppy to be in a crate during a 14 hour transport. Add 2 hours for potty stops, it still was a very long commute. She was not feeling well to be fair but communication waned when I needed the updates the most. Original drop off time was supposed to be 1:30 am which became 4:30 pm the following day. I waited and worried if they were okay for a long time. I know she likes dogs and feel he was treated well just disappointed in the amount of time and lack of clarity in where and when he would be delivered.

Our family received VERY short notice of moving. Due to the location, it was best to send my cat to a temporarily loving home. They shipped my cat to my parent's home. I was sent updates on their timing (although I could also check their location on an app anytime). They made great timing. My cat is now with my parents, and she seemed very comfortable there from the start. I envisioned her taking days or weeks getting settled in due to the fact she was primarily an outside cat by her choice. She has been very loving to my family, and loves being inside. She does not seem traumatized from the trip at all. I am truly happy with my choice to ship her with them!

I will explain my rating based on 3 seperate categories: Pet Care, Driver Contact, and Pricing/Scheduling. The pet care was stellar. Beyond expectations. They took very good care of our pets and sent pictures often. I never had doubt our pets were safe. The drivers were very loving with our pets. The drivers and the business owner were in constant contact and were not difficult to reach at any point. The pricing was fair but I have to say the scheduling is what ultimately led to our 4 star rating. When the owner accepted our bid, we were under the impression that our requested dates for pick up and drop off were also accepted. There was an early pickup, which was not an issue but the driver wanted to drop off the pets extremely early which would have required us to also pay for several days of boarding, almost a full week. As it was, the owner worked with us and managed to get our drop off scheduled to within two days of our arrival. It still was an inconvenience due to our short notice military move and limited budget. For this I deducted a star but still gave a 4 considering the professionalism the owner displayed during our drop off issue and the care the drivers provided the pets I would still highly recommend this shipper and I would use in the future. I would caution to plan ahead and confirm dates of pickup and drop off before officially accepting the offer.

They both had scabs all over their faces and she cleaned and treated all their medical needs and infections. Drained and treated the facial abscess, treated their paws, the ear infection, etc.. Gave both dogs several baths as their coats were filthy from being left out side in 100+ temps running around. Sent pics to document everything, bought them proper fitting harnesses and worked with them on leash training. Lovingly gained their trust as they were both very aggressive, hand shy and fearful. She was patient, caring and clearly dedicated to these dogs. In short she was beyond our expectations for just getting them a ride. She truly is a full service Doggy Nanny that loved the dogs as her own and looked after their every need. If you have dogs with fear issues or medical needs, or just want the best possible care you can not go wrong with her. She even came back up to WA a few weeks later and took them back again as the home they were at wasn't working out. And kept them for a few weeks until a new place could be figured out. They went on hikes and camping adventures and had the best time of their lives. She sent daily pics and updates to show all the places they went to. The dogs adored her and she clearly loved them as well. So happy we went with her personal Doggy Nanny instead of a shipping service. For these dogs it was the absolutely best way to go.
