He lost my puppy and he nor the company have compensated . You all have brought misery upon our family. We have lost one of our own! And you all seem to just be like “oh well, sorry”. Actually hadn’t even gotten an actual apology from the driver at all. I’ve lost my best friend, my happiness. She was one of the one things that brought me joy in this cruel world and you guys took her away from me and show no genuine remorse. How can you simply let this all go when I just lost my angel!? She is alone, lost in the middle of no where now!! Where is the sympathy?! Just because she is an animal does not mean she’s any less important than a human. It’s not fun waking up every morning knowing I will never have my baby beside me, it’s not fun looking out the window checking to see if she’s at the door, it’s not fun when so much reminds me of her and I have to say to myself “she’s not here anymore”. I truly hope karma bites you all in the ass. Because this right here, what I and my family have to suffer through, isn’t deserved, it is painful, it is heart breaking and the tears do not stop. I hope you all are happy.

Then I paid the deposit and- nothing.... he did not show up to pick up the item as promised, then he didn’t check in with me for days after a couple of messages. When I expressed frustration at the lack of communication once I paid he didn’t seem to care or apologize. When I’m paying $500 to someone to ship an item, I expect communication and follow through.

I was shipping a large male cat from Tallahassee FL to Alamogordo NM and needed a driver who could be flexible with my dates and affordable. Lenny McQueen Metro Runner absolutely fit the bill and was a pleasure to work with. I was well informed throughout the trip and felt comfortable that my "baby" was in good hands. I didn't have a hard sided kennel, but was able to rent one for a good price from them, and when drop off was later than anticipated we were able to work out payment the following day. I thoroughly appreciated Luis's professionalism and care throughout the deal. I would absolutely use them again.

Will changed pick up date multiple times, lacked in communication, and was not flexible/workable with my schedule. He was very unreliable! Will never showed up to one of the agreed pick up times and hours later left me a voicemail saying he had overslept but promised me that he would pick up my dog the following day. That following day he sent me a message saying he wasn’t going to arrive until 6 hours later than the time agreed upon for pickup. So I sent him a message back that the time he would arrive was not going to work for me and proceeded to ask him if he could just pickup my dog the following morning but he was not willing to be flexible with me and replied to me saying he could not which did not make any sense to me if he was suppose to have already picked up my dog the previous evening and on the road with her. So I sent him a message asking him why he could not pick my dog up the following morning and he never gave me an explanation to why he couldn’t. Will made the process of trying to transport my dog very difficult for me and because he was so unreliable I no longer trusted him to transport my dog. I was very disappointed and found it difficult to trust any other drivers with citizenshipper so I found an alternative way to transport my dog. I would not suggest or refer any of my family or friends to use citizenshipper after my experience.

He had contacted the sellers and finalized arrangements and was on time there as well. He took excellent care of a nervous pup for a long 7+hour trip and sent me updates with pics as well. The pup arrived in a comfortable, air conditioned van and with a blanket full of home smells and a bag of food for comfort from the sellers. David provided a leash, a safe crate (turned so pup could see him and they could talk), and I think some ginger cookies in case pup wasn't feeling well. We had 7 cats to move from Buffalo NY area to Chattanooga, TN, which is by no means an easy task, which is why we turned to All Paws Headed Home based on their consistent excellent reviews. Overall we are very pleased with the service. We recognize that transporting 7 cats certainly not easy and there was a small mishap at the beginning of the trip. Two of our more nervous travelers decided they did not want to move to TN and bailed on the driver as we were preparing their crates for the trip. However, the driver immediatly contacted the owner who instructed to provide all necessary assistance and to wait until the situation was resolved. Ultimately our two little ones where found unharmed and joined the rest of their brothers and sisters for the trip. It did cause a 2 hour delay in their departure but both the owner Terri and the Driver were determined that the transportation would not leave without them, and I truly appreciated that. Once the trip was underway, It was great that I could monitor their progress on the map, had a direct contact to the driver, who gave us several updates along the way and our family arrived just about a day later safe and sound. Emi was literally the only driver that could meet our needs. We moved from Houston, TX to Blaine, WA and we needed someone to drive our golden retriever (Sunny) the whole way. Sunny cannot be crated and is a nervous urinator so flying was not an option for her. Needless to say we needed a patient and accommodating transporter. We moved to Las Vegas and we were nervous as to what we were going to do with our 4 dogs. Tasha was absolutely the most wonderful efficient helpful calming person for the Job. It was 100%worth the money. She kept us informed ALL day as to how mu babies were doing and made us feel calm. She never once complained about one single thing. She was amazing. When it came to paying her she was not pushy or anything. My dogs showed up perfect happy healthy and excited. She treated my babies like they were her own. I was alread nervous about it.To make a very long story short. Patrick and Brandon sound nice and caring on the phone,email and face-to-face but that's a bunch of shit. Everything was good until i sent patrick a message regarding my dog having to travel 10 extra hours the oppiste way. Here we go . At pick up Brandon and a female that was with him told me he had to drive to PA almost 10hours the opposite way to drop off a toy and paperwork. What the fuck you mean? Which ment my dog would have to travel an extra 10 hours. I got NO pictures and NO updates unless I texted him to see how she was doing. He responed with she's doing ok! That's it Then at drop off there was NO female second driver with him. Where did she go? Brandon was very very rude came up to me and said where's the money No Good Morning or Hi or even Thank you for your service when leaving. When I got my dog her blanket and pillow was soaking wet he told me it's not pee and the worse thing of all she had bruising on her body. I immediately called him and he tried to tell me she must have had it before pickup that's a lie. I immediately took her to the vet she lost 5 lb in two days. Which is crazy because I picked her up and took her to the vet from her being at the dog sitters for 2wks and she gained 2lbs the same day she was picked up from Petlife Transportation she loked happy and healthy. Because of her laying down for so long which I know he didn't take her out every 3-4 hours like he told me she has a very large skin tissue bruise. I'm so pissed and I paid for Mi to Az not MI to PA to AZ ugh don't use Petlife Transportation they will lie to you and tell you changes at the very last minute where you don't have time to change your service. Don't do it.......

Did not show up. Did not communicate on the pickup date. Changed the pickup date twice; the first time to suit his needs the second time because he “overslept” and it set him back a full day. When he said he overslept, Will refused to answer calls or text if I didn’t agree with what he wanted. Once I agreed with him, he responded to confirm a date and time that he failed to keep. Will has no regard for knowing he is doing business on someone else’s dime and time when he agrees to a booking. Do not book with him. I wouldn’t trust him to ship an unimportant pierce of paper! Will said he had a family emergency, but that is ample enough reason to answer business calls to make necessary adjustments, not ignore all calls and leave customers hanging. Also, he made another excuse that his Citizen Shipper account was out of commission. How does that have anything to do with not answering his phone? Does Citizen Shipper control his phone too? Not professional at all. If I could give him 1/8 of a star, I would for his poor choices from the start.

They coordinated with the seller and us immediately, picked up the puppy at the airport the next morning, got on a flight, and had her in VA by late afternoon the same day. They kept us updated throughout the transfer and flight, ensuring the puppy was fed, hydrated, and had plenty of breaks. We picked her up at the airport as scheduled from the deliverer. Tina was fantastic! She picked up my baby in Texas and delivered him a day early. She stayed in constant communication with us via text messages and phone calls. I woke up every morning photos of my fur baby and went to bed every night with photos and an update on his day. He was very happy when he got home. Her prices are very reasonable when considering alternatives. I will always refer Tina in the future and she will be the only person I ever use should I need to have a furry loved one travel long distance again. Let me start off by stating that my husband and I were in a difficult spot - we live in California and were driving to visit family in West Virginia when our truck was rendered useless due to a careless, sleeping driver. While we were able to get to our West Virginia, returning home was going to be a problem as we had our 8 month old German shepherd with us and the closest airport to us that would accept his crate size was 7 hours in the opposite direction we were headed. Thankfully we were introduced to the citizen shipper website and, after filling out the form with all his info, Deborah replied almost immediately and we were able to book her as our driver. She estimated 4 days to deliver my dog from West Virginia to San Diego and she showed up a day earlier than expected! During the trip she updated me on my dogs health morning and night and was very helpful and responsive. Do yourself a favor and book Deborah as your driver, you will not regret it in the least. She is someone that will love and care for your fur baby during transport. She is great!!!

Did not have appropriate equipment for unloading and loading. Used personal ramp at pick up location with two other people helping. At drop of location did not have anything to unload my toolbox so he slid it down one motorcycle ramp and damaged toolbox significantly. Total cost of repairs will cost more then what I paid to have it shipped. Very inconsiderate human being. Would not use again nor would I recommend.

He picked up my dog and listened to all my instructions ..Took a minute to bend with our pet , he is excellent with animals .He carried our dog from Georgia to Los Angeles .
