AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Tasha was so wonderful and handled our sweet Ginger with such care and made sure that everything was handled flawlessly, down to make sure we had the correct pet carrier. She communicated often and made sure to update our family as much as possible. I can't thank her enough for taking what was a stressful situation in transporting Ginger and making it effortless. I highly recommend her service to anyone wanting to safely and quickly transport their special furry loved ones.

I hired Flying Pets to deliver my dog Shelby for me from Las Vegas to Maryland and I could not be happier. Despite a cancelled flight, Shelby arrived safe sound and happy. John was exceptional! We had a 5 pound 11 week old babygirl Pekingese transported by him from Kentucky to way DownEast in Eastport, Maine which is 26 miles from the Canadian border and NOT an easy trip to make. John was so kind to the sender who was emotional of course and to us, also emotional, upon delivery of our new baby. He kept us updated throughout the journey sending texts and photos of our girl and treated her as if she was his own. He was such a blessing to us and we are thrilled with his performance. We definitely made the right choice in picking John to deliver our baby Mila to us. We highly recommend him due to his professionalism, communication with us, efficiency, and kind nature. We KNEW our baby was in safe hands with him on this long trip and she came to us clean, happy, healthy, and with her new pal (and ours) John. Thank you John we appreciate you. Jack was seriously the best. He picked up my cat when he was supposed to, sent me pictures along the way, and kept me updated. My cat is shy and not one to like people, but he was wandering around the car with Jack. I appreciate that he wasn’t left in his cage and could free roam as he liked. Price was definitely reasonable. Team sparks saved me when I was in a pinch. My original shipper ended up having car troubles the day he was supposed to leave and lucky for me Clint and his partner stepped in and picked up my puppy within an hour. Completely rude and unprofessional blamed me for the arrangements not working out, and hung up on me. Told me his name was Andy then said that was his last name his first name was actually Maurice. Took hours for him to respond to me.....no communication skills.....tried telling me there was a delay in New York due to weather (its August)....DO NOT USE PUPPY RUSH TRANSPORT!!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE
