I wish I could give Luis a 10 star rating!!! At the last minute we couldn't drive from SC to Texas to get our new pup. He couldn't be flown either so we had no choice but to use ground transportation. Using something like this on the internet was scary. Luis was the first to respond to my bid from Citizenshipper. I don't know what it was about his response that made me semi trust that he would do a good job for us. Well my gut instinct once again worked for me! He was more than I had bargained for. He was respectful, considerate and totally open with communication, let me know where he was and what his tentative time frame was in delivering our pup. I was a little nervous about this experience but Tasha was very nice and provided every bit of information I needed right from the start. She made sure she understood everything about my cat and was very easy to work with. When the day came for her to bring my boy ( Tyler.. my kitty ) to us, she remained in constant contact with us to let us know exactly what was happening the whole way. This driver is completely incapable and unreliable. He did not respond to messages. He never arrived at pickup destination and made no effort to contact anyone, and when I finally got in touch with him he told me I woke him up and he had no idea where he was. He said he was somewhere in Illinois which was at least 6 hours from the pickup location he should have already been at that time. BEWARE!!!!

I had a contract to transport my 2 cats and 2 dogs from Washington state to Austin, Texas. After being dropped by another Citizenshipper less than 24 hours from pick up, it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Ireta and Dale. I reposted the job late at night, in a complete panic about being forced, through no fault of my own, to leave my pets in a state over 2000 miles away from the shipping destination. Ireta messaged within minutes, followed by a call to confirm details. She was very kind, caring, and completely understanding of my situation. After our initial phone conversation, I was totally put at ease about putting the care and transport of my animals into their hands. They took care of everything, including picking up from a friend's house, as I had already left Washington with my kids. Ireta called frequently with updates and stayed in touch throughout the entire journey. My pets arrived safely and all were happy to be back with us. I have no doubt that Dale and Ireta treated them with care and love, as if they were their own pets. I would use this company again without hesitation. I highly recommend them as pet shippers. My only concern during the transport was if my dog would want to stay in Texas with us instead of continuing to travel with Deborah! We used Kevin to transport our puppy from the shelter in Midland TX to our home in Tampa FL. Kevin was extremely responsive during the bidding process and even more proactive after we booked the trip with him. He was easy to work with. He sent updates along every break and stop of the trip and when they had extra time, they even stopped at a dog park, which I think is way above and beyond the call of duty! He truly loved and took care of the puppy like it was his own pet - sweet, caring, and accommodating of the puppy’s age. If I ever adopt another dog and need transport, I’d definitely want Kevin as part of my transport team!

So I rescued a bulldog from a puppy mill. He was an 8 y.o. stud that developed a skin condition resulting in sores and ultimately ended up a bald,oozing mess. I spoke with Roadside Plus and they agreed to take on the task of transporting him ASAP from Colorado to Connecticut. They picked him up on a Saturday and safely delivered him to me on Monday night. He was not the easiest passenger as he looked like death. Smelled worse than death. And looked like he was more dead than alive. His blankets needed to be changed because his skin was oozing. After a few hours they needed to stop because he was so restless and they did everything possible to keep him comfortable. They were even willing to hit the McDonald's drive-thru since he wouldn't eat anything. This transport was no easy task. They did an amazing job with him and that is because they have compassion and without that my boy probably would not have been able to survive the transport. Everything they did to get my boy to me safely and quickly was what I would have done myself. This was not an easy animal to transport but they got my boy to me. They kept me posted during the trip and persevered through NYC rush hour traffic. I am thankful for care and concern they gave my guy. If you're looking for a transport that is willing to go the extra mile for your loved one then Roadside Plus is the way to go. They were quite accommodating under the circumstances and I would definitely recommend using them to any conscientious pet owner.

Team Sparks was the traveling companions to my 14 month old Doberman. They were fabulous. You could not find a more loving conscientious couple to transport your animal. The coordinators were very friendly, however, the drivers were not. The drivers did not clearly communicate when they were arriving and then they did not arrive until late at night. I paid extra $ to have my stuff transported in the vehicle, and paid it cash on delivery. A day after the delivery, I got a voicemail asking for the extra $. The company that picked up my truck was ALA Transport, even though I booked Nationwide Transport. I did not receive a receipt. When we asked for a receipt, all we received was a vehicle condition report. The truck arrived okay, which was a relief. Everything else was a headache.

Would reccomend Brenda and her husband for personal pet travel! They drove my pit bull and English Bulldog from Los Angeles to Green Bay, WI. Her and her husband came early to pick up the boys on a Thursday morning and made it cross country to Green Bay by 7pm Friday night. Very efficient! They rotate driving and stopped every 4hrs or so. This was their life’s log professions and love to drive, so I felt more comfortable. She sent updates and a few pictures to ease my worries.They were kind and seemed very much like “dog people”. The boys arrived early, healthy and happy. Was very grateful for their safe transport and will use again! Can’t beat the personal service and price point.

I am VERY glad I chose April and Chad to transport our dog Bear! They seem like great people, Chad was kind and also very accommodating. They transported his huge kennel too! Bear had a nice time riding cross country with Chad. Everything went smoothly and they gave us updates. I was impressed with how Chad handled Bear as well. When Bear arrived, he didn’t even act like he had just traveled over a 1000 miles! He had clearly been comfortable and in that short time had formed a bond with Chad. Chad and April are definitely pet friendly and I am thankful for their help. Plus the cost was reasonable and I didn’t have to worry which was priceless! Kevin transported our cat from Billings, MT to Houston, TX. We had a hectic schedule and had a couple challenges coordinating, but we were both able to make it work. Kevin ended up picking up and delivering our cat from/to the vet’s office where our cat boarded. He provided the carrier and we provided the food. While we were unable to meet personally, Kevin kept in touch and sent us frequent texts regarding how our cat was doing - I do not believe there were any other animals traveling with them. We greatly appreciated the service and the cost was less than other services we were looking at. We would use Kevin again if there were a need.

I am so disappointed in the service, or lack thereof, from Tate. I read the reviews and his response regarding the loss in his family, and I completely understood his reasons for the cancellation. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the decency of a cancellation prior to the pick up time we’d agreed on. He just didn’t show up. Tate let us know that he had dying cat that wouldn’t make it through the night, so we adjusted to his schedule, delaying us slightly but I honestly felt the poor guy was down on his luck. My kindness was taken advantage of and he completely disappeared. We had to leave our pup with family members and are now scrambling to schedule with someone else. This is not how you do business successfully.

Moving from Texas to Illinois. John transported our Great Dane and Rhodesian Ridgeback adult dogs. The move already had the dogs nervous. Quite frankly, I wasn’t sure how this trip would go. John kept me up to date with his arrival time to pick up our dogs. He arrived at 4 am (due to a rural wreck he had 2 days before, which forced his transport jobs to be delayed). I’m actually glad he picked them up then, they were waking up from dog dreams and not stressed from the movers in the house. John sent photos and text messages with updates about their status throughout the trip. One of our dogs chewed through a couple of leashes while traveling (nervous I’m guessing). But John improvised using commands. I was so impressed with the way John handled this job that I would highly recommend him and his excellent services to anyone. I’ve decided he’s “the Dog Whisperer”!

Even after having some uncontrollable delays, John was completely professional and was willing to rearrange things to make the drop-off work. As he drove my dog from Massachusetts to Virginia, he sent updates and pictures of the trip's progress, and was in contact with my family to arrange the drop-off. Having the peace of mind that my dog made it home for the summer safely was completely worth it.

Erica and Bill were amazing!! So friendly, kept me up to date the whole time sent me pictures of my pup and everything. They were also VERY fast when they had originally told me the pick up date I had assumed it would take them 2 or 3 days to deliver but they were here the next morning after picking up my pup the previous afternoon! They were also very accommodating and met me at one of our parks so that I could walk and bond with my new pup. Thank you SO much you guys were amazing and I’m so in love with my new little boy dog!

I would highly recommend using David for any type of transport job!!! Here's why: David and his brother John are amazing transporters!! They delivered my 2 great dane puppies from Virginia to Massachusetts and were very kind and caring to them. They stopped for breaks so the pups could walk around, eat, and drink. They are safe drivers and made my pups very comfortable in the back of their van. The communication between David and I was very easy as well. He allows you to text/ call his cell phone at any time and gives you updates on where he is and timely estimates. If something goes wrong, and the transportation is delayed, you are the first to know. I really appreciated David being so kind, caring, and informative when waiting for my pups to arrive. I was very nervous to hire someone I had not bet before to pick up 2 very precious and expensive puppies, but David made me feel very comfortable. It was reassuring getting the text messages and photos of my pups along the way. If I ever have to transport anything ever again, I will definitely use him again! Thank you so much again David!! I hired Stanley D. to transport a bike I bought from Arlington, Tx to Pittsburgh, Pa and i cant be more happier with his service.
