The whole team made this very difficult time less stressful with constant communication and photo of Gracie being loved and cared for for her two day journey. Working with Tasha and her husband Rok on the transport of my 2 y/o cat (Stripes) was better than I ever could have expected. I found out very late Saturday night that I would be out of town for an entire month and needed to get my cat to North Carolina. Within 12 hours of our first contact Stripes was with Rok and on his way to NC. Tasha and Rok were TREMENDOUS! They answered all of my questions, went out of their way to make me comfortable and literally had my cat transported to my parents in less than 2.5 hours of when I dropped him off. The speed was only second to the thoughtfulness and care they took in making sure my cat had a safe trip and I was at ease. I recommend them at THE HIGHEST LEVEL to anyone looking to transport a pet. Absolutely the best. A+

This driver is a scam and possibly this entire website. He was supposed to pick up my dog in Colorado to transport to Virginia. Four days before the pick update, I asked the driver for his ETA, which he stated we will know as we get closer to the pick up date. The day before the pick up, I contacted the driver (call and text) repeatedly asking for his ETA and got no response. The day of the pick up, he finally answered and said his transmission went out in Utah and he had no phone service to call me. He said he would pay for boarding until he arrives because I was flying out the following morning. I found someone to board the dog, then Alan stopped answering any messages or phone calls. He got a small deposit from me in the early stages of us planning. I even sent an email to citizen shipper got one email in response then heard nothing else back from them. I will never use this website or company again.

What a seamless and pleasant experience we had with Sharon and Chris!! We are so thankful for this service! Chris arrived on time in Manhattan to pick up our hamsters and arrived on time to drop them off in Miami for us; he even played with the hamsters while he had them and was very caring about their needs. Sharon was easy to communicate with and it all felt very easy (much easier than trying to figure out how to fly the hamsters down!) She sent me pictures of them and let me know how they were doing en route. Loved that! Overall 5 star experience that I definitely recommend!

This driver was slow to respond and was a no show for days. First, he didn't show up on the pick-up day and didn't respond to the person from whom he was picking up my dog. Then he claimed his car was broken down, which took days to fix according to him. Because of this, I needed to put my dog, that I was shipping, in a kennel--costing me hundreds of dollars. Finally when his car was fixed he claimed that he was going to pick up my dog at the kennel asap. Over the next three days, he was a no show at the kennel, despite his promises that he would pick her up. During this time he was also extremely slow to respond; I had to call him multiple times to reach him and each time he made poor excuses for his behavior. So after a week of failed promises, and extremely poor communication, I was forced to contact CitizenShipper and cancel the shipment; who would entrust their dog to such a person? Of course, this cost me even more days in the kennel while I awaited for another shipper to pick up my dog. On top of this, he also asked for a Paypal payment up front, which I gave him. And he didn't make any offer upon cancellation that he would pay it back. At this point, I don't even want the money, because I want nothing to do with him. In short, this was a terrible, terrible experience. If I were you, I would steer clear of this shipper. He is incompetent at best and at worst a liar.

There was a glitch of some type after I hired my driver as he could not get my list of items. That was not the fault of the driver but the website. We did need make a few changes in the pickup time. Delivery was on the day he promised. There was one box with my wife's sewing machine in it that I forgot to not check off my list. Steve stopped his truck and looked for it and I met him and picked it up. He is friendly and honest.

The first time we used Todd he gave few updates and drop off time changed a few times but the dog got to us relatively on time and healthy. We booked him again for help and he was almost 4 days late, always coming up with a different excuse why he hadn't picked up Barin yet and then ultimately canceled on us after taking half of the adopters money. Still waiting on reimbursement.
