We cannot thank Kristen with Go Dog Go ENOUGH for the special care, love and specifically the extra attention she gave to our dog who traveled over 1,000 miles with her. At every potty break, and/or stop she would send photos in and out of her vehicle which was so comforting for us during this journey. She also provided all emergency information, hotel stay information etc. She has her companion (her dog rescue) Buggs that travels with her and he was so comforting to our dog. Having another dog along helped our dog in many ways. I would hire again without ANY hesitation!!! You can TRUST HER with your precious canine or any other animal you may need transported. Terrible service. I posted a bid to have a dog transported and they accepted. After they accepted and asked for half up front, i was told that they did not realize the date and had to reschedule. I notified the person who was recieving the dog and they weren't happy but settled for Friday March 30th. I had to contact Case Transport to make sure we were still on for tomorrow, and that is when I was told that they would need to reschedule AGAIN because a family member was on their death bed, so now I'm stuck without transportation. Their bid was the lowest by over half and I think they realized the bid was short and chose not to follow through with their agreement or realized they committed to transporting the dog on Easter. Rescheduled twice, and I had to call them to find out if they were still picking up the dog tomorrow only to be told no. Also, they asked for half upfront via friends and family Paypal, so when I asked to refund my money their Paypal "doesn't work" and told me that have to send it from Walmart to Walmart, which I have not gotten my refund yet. Terrible service. Terrible communication. Not trustworthy at all. Do not accept bids from this so called company unless you like getting jacked around for two weeks only to stood up.

Great experience and fantastic price! Updates were timely and I loved that I could track my puppy the entire trip on GPS. Breeder was a big fan as well, said she will be using this service exclusively and no longer using air travel. Mark was a great transporter! I would use him again anytime. We used him to bring our Yorkie from Illinois to Utah. I was skeptical of the services at first but finally got some b_lls to try it out. I chose Nick because he was very patience with me and answered any questions I had like how does the service work, how do you profit from driving, etc. When he gave me a price to ship my two dogs to Chicago, IL, I then paid the admin fee and taxes online and got the website to unlock phone number exchange. Nick arrived as promised and loaded everything in his Nissan car. I asked him to keep my updated on the dogs with pictures and whereabouts and he did everyday until my boys arrived to Chicago, where he received the other half of my money plus tips : ). Scheduled a pick up, to get pushed back was told 22-24th nothing then told they would pick up on the 25th and deliver that night or next day depending on how late it was then nothing it was excuse after excuse. Do not use if you want them delivered in a timely fashion. Do not use if you are someone who falls deep into depression and are trying to get your emotional support dog to you. They did not update me on the details of why till an hour and a half after the rescheduled meet up time. Very unprofessional work if your gonna be late or are running into problems let the customer know ahead of time. Would not use them again.

Mike and Randy were SO great! They transported two puppies for me from Mississippi to South Florida. When I spoke to Mike on the phone, I was immediately relieved (because I was nervous about it). He let me know their process and what would be happening in the next couple of days. When Randy came to pick them up (on the day they said they would), I was put to ease EVEN MORE! You can tell Randy is an animal lover. He set my puppies up in a XL crate where they had plenty of room to stretch, walk around, and cuddle. He even added some blankets and toys for their comfort! If you don't mind limited contact and don't need your item for a few days out, this could be your guy. Very poor in communication once item is picked up, no updates unless prompted. Extremely vague on location information (would never give exact location). Arrived 3 days later than original quote. Was quoted Monday morning pickup, Monday later delivery. Delivery was Thursday afternoon. Many issues with truck and one with weather. Due to extremely late delivery I was not able to meet the guy (had to be back to work) but what little conversations we had, he seems nice enough. I personally would not use him again (I need communication when you're hauling my $$$ bike for me), but he may work for you???

I came across Maurice profile while looking for a safe way for my pet to travel. Loretta and her daughter were very kind, thoughtful and communicative and based on the photos and videos, it appeared that Piper had a pretty fun time on the drive across country. We needed a pet transport for a puppy whose owners died suddenly and tragically, making the timing of the transport and the safety of the puppy very important. When Piper was picked up we were surprised to learn that a number of other dogs were being transported on this journey. We were also a little stressed when Piper arrived a few days later than the initial agreed upon day. We are happy that he was clearly in capable and dog-loving hands. Now that we have a better understanding of the questions to ask when planning a transport, we would use the service again.

Never never never use this service to transport your pet. I had arranged for my dog to be transported from Pennsylvania to Florida to be a surprise ring bearer for my wedding day. I had paid a deposit of $400 to secure the trip. I was even going to pay for this driver Deb to stay several nights at a hotel on the beach as a special thank you to her and even invited her to the wedding. Then hurricane Irma hit and we were forced to change all of our plans. My wife and I were devastated that we could not carry out our dream wedding plans. On top of the grieving, Deb decided to keep my $400. We were in contact for several weeks after and she promised to send the money back in payments and then she fell off the face of the earth. No communications, nothing. It is so heartbreaking to have had this happen to us and then to have people take advantage of our situation is absolutely despicable. Not only did she NOT deliver my dog, but she didn't return our money for NO SERVICES PROVIDED. I asked her during our original discussion if we should generate a contract and she verbalized it wasn't necessary. I would strongly advise if you still choose to utilize this person whom evidently is absent of morals and ethics (and I don't know why you would), get a contract. If you read through other reviews it appears as though she has kept other peoples money unjustly as well...sad quite frankly that people use unfortunate situations to take advantage of people.

On the day of my scheduled pick up, this driver tried to tell me that I cancelled my order, when i clearly didn’t and the title of the order was different than the title of mine. The driver has been extremely shady and at one point requested feedback from me Bc he “completed the trip” two days before the trip was scheduled to take place and now he says i cancelled when i clearly did not. He has inconvenienced all individuals involved in this transaction. This type of behavior if flatly unacceptable and should be heavily sanctioned. Never book this driver. Ever.
