Nick was amazing to say the very least. We have always travelled with our dog and at 10 years old I was very hesitant to travel him without me. Nick made the entire transport easy from the very beginning. He had great communication . He answered all my questions and was like a family member driving him . Nick gave me pictures, videos and updates several times a day and pushed through bad traffic several times to get Atticus home early. We are forever grateful for animal lovers like Nick who do this. He is truly a great transporter and has a true love for the animals he takes care of. I would recommend him a million times over.

Alan was great! He transported a dog and cat for us for a move. He ran into some delays here and there but none of those were his fault and he maintained good communication throughout. He was traveling with his young son for the trip (who seemed to really enjoy both pets). All in all, both Alan (and his son) were very kind and helpful and I'd recommend hiring him :)

Such great care was taken of our tiny puppy from 500 miles away! Road side plus communicated with us the entire process and as they got closer so we anticipated their arrival. The drivers were very compassionate with pick up and delivery of our dog. We were able to keep up with the location of the van during the entire trip. At times different routes were taken due to avoiding toll roads we were told. When she was delivered to us they informed us how she liked her food and her first experience with the snow! Overall we were very pleased with the experience and kindness we were shown. If we needed to ship another animal we would definitely call All Paws Headed Home again! Thank you!

We could not be happier with our pup’s trip and they she was taken care of by Bill. Our dog is deaf and we were worried about her taking a trip without us but she settled right into the van and was happy to get her ears scratched right away. Bill arrived right on time, provided updates and pictures along the way and quickly responded to every text we sent to check in. Bill let us know when he was 30 minutes out and arrived right in schedule. If we ever need to transport a pet again or have a friend who needs to transport a pet, Bill and Erica will be our first choice!

They were great, you could tell he really cares for the animals. He stopped plenty of times and made sure the dog was comfortable the whole 15 hour trip. He updated us along the way with pictures and estimated times when they changed with weather and traffic. I was very disappointed, we had an agreed pickup date and they came 3 days later. We had to pay a dog sitter as we were already in Fl. The 2 day trip turned into 5. I didn’t recognize my dog when he arrived at Midnight. He was cramped in a crate where he couldn’t move, he had not eaten and he couldn’t get enough water. He reeked of poop and urine, after spending $60 for pretrip grooming! Now I have to figure out a way of getting him home in May!

Celia was great with our 10 month Pitbull. She kept us in the loop daily, shared her location, and kept our puppy comfortable. Chelsea' Chariot is a highly professional company owned and operated by two wonderful people Phil and Michelle. They were awesome from the beginning to end. Very likable,down to earth and understanding people when dealing with people or pet issues.They communicated regularly and responded to calls and/or texts right away. That is a big,big plus for busy people and one's worried about their pets. My granddaughter's dog Roxy took to Phil immediately, which was a relief. I mentioned earlier that they are very understanding people. Some examples being: First off, I called Michelle with some questions and she patiently took the time to answer each one thoroughly to quiet our concerns which made us feel quite comfortable.I felt as if I was talking to an old friend. Another example is that my granddaughter's dog Roxy, is a bit of a Houdini and can escape any enclosure, yard,harness,etc. This is done many times by chewing through anything and everything. Unfortunately, on the trip this was one of those times. "Roxy" pulled her Houdini trick and escaped by chewing through part of the enclosure and then proceeded to eat other things. Phil handled it in stride and made me feel comfortable with a "no problem,dogs will be dogs answer." His attitude handling the situation greatly helped to alleviate the embarrassment of that occurrence. Chelsea's Chariot drove Roxy from Michigan to Texas in about a day's time. She was delivered to my grateful granddaughter safe and sound. I don't know what else to say other than I highly recommend Chelsea's Chariot for your pet delivery needs and I will surely use them again if the need occurs.

Phil and his son just got my 75 pound boxer mix all the way from Cleveland to Dallas, and they did a great job! This was my first time using/needing a service like this, so I was extremely hesitant and very nervous about putting my big ole baby in someone else’s hands, but once Phil picked up Thor I was very much at ease. He did great updating me while they were making the trip, easing my anxiety further. I couldn’t be more grateful and will be using them again when Thor and I move back to Ohio!!

We do not recommend using them as a transport for your pet. They told us they would pick our dog up on Monday to have her transported. They never communicated well with me I had to constantly text them...they asked for 25% of the payment and we paid them because they said that they had been taken advantage of before...when I spoke with John on the phone I told him that we were a military family and advised him that we had been taken advantage of as well and he assured me that he would not do this well he lied. Apparently the John took ill according to his girlfriend Miranda. She told me that she would refund our money back but when myself or my wife try to contact them they do not answer our call or text messages. I feel like we have been scammed out of our hard earned money and all we wanted to do was have our dog transported back... I would like any other military family to know not to use them because they are not reliable.

Traveling pets drove my Scotty from Washington to Florida! Their van was perfectly set up for the dogs, nice and neat and SAFE. One star because my pets were still alive upon receipt. First, the gentleman that runs this place needs some customer service training with his communication. Outright rude. The lady of the house was much better. The driver...no words to describe her lack of professionalism or inability to properly care for animals. She did not know my wife was with the boarder at delivery and proceeded to bad mouth me and the animals. My 5lb toy yorkie was about 4lbs at delivery and smelt of urine and feces. My two cats were placed in a single crate and were not given access to a litterbox. The driver stated she moved them from crate to crate to clean up after them. They were traumatized for weeks after arriving home. I should have listened to my gut when the driver was complaining to me at pickup about personal issues and made other arrangements. She also failed to keep an active gps link available so I could track her travels. Top it off with citizen shipper’s lack of follow up on my dispute request.

Deborah is a problem solver. My pups are a handful when they are together... sweeties for sure but a handful. Deborah communicated each step of the way and took the time to find the best way to transport my girls! They arrived in great condition! calm a bit confused in that I really believed they thought I was gone forever! It was their first ever cross country trip without me! and for Lucy it was her first ever trip without me period. We didn't know what to expect, but Tony made it to our pickup on time even though he was basically driving through a blizzard. There were some hiccups in the process and Johndid his best to accommodate everyone's needs along the way. He texted me pictures of my dog from the road too, which was a nice touch...and he let my pup ride shotgun which was the icing on the cake
