Sharon and Chris were amazing! It was a last minute shipment for them and they were more than willing to make the drive from Detroit to Boston. Emi cares a lot about dogs. She rehabilitated the dog who came from a neglectful environment and made sure he was happy and comfortable on the ride up. Because she worked so hard on helping Buddy, I'm giving her 5 stars. However, I do want to mention that punctuality was an issue. We agreed upon times for pickup and delivery, and they were continually pushed back or delayed. However, because the reasons for the delays were due to the medical needs of the dog? I'm comfortable giving 5 stars. Emi really did save the dog we adopted from a lot of pain and suffering and for that we're very grateful we had her. Kay was truly amazing we shipped our 9wk old pit from Oklahoma to New Hampshire. We had some trouble with the airlines letting her on so that involved us going back to the airport and bringing the puppy to a vet to get a health certificate and proof of age. It ended up making them miss their flight but Kay found another flight and still ended up transporting our puppy! Would definitely go to them again.

We were so nervous to use this site as 1) We had never heard of it, 2) Strangers driving your pet is scary itself! Originally, we had planned to transfer our pit/lab mix via a pet relocation company who were going to fly her with United. However, with all the issues with United and their revamping of their PetSafe program, we decided to do ground transit. This turned out to be the better option because Celia really gave special care/attention to Luna, our highly anxious, 60lb dog who doesn't like being handled by strangers. We were so worried when Celia came to pick up as our dog also has separation anxiety, she tried to escape the car twice (once through a crack in the window, and through the crack of the front seat/door). It was that bad - we were scared Celia was going to change her mind right then and there. However, with some tricking, we got her in the car with only a dog seatbelt attachment (no cage needed), and Celia was off to bring Luna to NY from CA. Celia gave us frequent updates and sent pics, and adhered to all of the special requests we had (feeding, potty time, give anxiety meds). My wife was an anxious mess but as soon as we got the first update from Celia, we knew everything would be fine. Not only had Luna calmed down with Celia, she had made a friend with one of the other dogs in the car (we were also nervous how Luna would be with other dogs as she doesn't interact with other pups daily - turns out she's pretty good). Upon arrival, Luna looked great! We don't know where we'll be staying in a few years but if we end up moving again, we'll be contacting Celia - she's the only person we trust to move Luna.

Within 2 hours of Dane supposedly beginning his trip, he gives me his full name....with one google search, I found he is a convicted felon and is still under supervision until 02/06/2019. I canceled immediately, and he seemed to understand, but then 2 days later, he is threatening me for money? Meanwhile, CitizenShipper is impossible to contact in regard to settling this issue. Luckily, I have already been able to call two of Dane's probation officers, and have everything saved about him insisting I not pay him anything for the time he had put in (I offered to pay a portion for the supposed rental car he had already gotten with proof of receipt because I felt bad). He told me he was in Chicago when I canceled, but I have a screenshot of the last reviewer that was needing a medium-size dog taken from Chicago to Arizona that states he was a "no show," so I'm not sure he ever even started my trip. With all this being said, in Dane's defense, CitizenShipper represented him as someone who had received a thorough background check, which is obviously not the case.

Emi was great! She was super cooperative with timing and whatnot especially since we had held her back from her trip. She sent me daily messages on how Pops was doing, his behavior, the weather conditions, and when she stopped for breaks and also estimated times how long the break was. She also even discovered that Pops had several infections. He was a dog we had gotten from a previous owner who obviously mistreated him. Emi took it into her own hands to clean and disinfect his infections. Upon arrival she gave us directives on how to clean out the infection and what happened as well. 10/10 Would book again!

I would give 5 stars for comfort and care of my dog. He made sure my dog was exercised and had enough to eat and drink. Very kind guy. The only hiccups lay in the timeline. He was a day late to pick up my dog. Luckily my parents work from home so didn’t affect them much. Also over a day late to drop off. Communication was okay, though additional warnings of late pick up drop off would be nice. But hey, my dog was well taken care of on his extremely long trip and arrived happy. So overall was a good experience. If you want exact times probably better to use a pet transport service than this one anyways.

We scheduled a pickup in CA on a Monday/shooting for a Tuesday delivery. I sent two confirmation emails without reply. I also had to call to make sure it was still happening. He said Monday/maybe Tuesday. Called again for ETA and said Tuesday morning. No call/no show Tuesday-I called and he said he would be there late Tuesday but wanted a day off. He did pick up the dog on Wednesday, kept him for a day, and delivered Friday. He also took the dog to a dog park and made sure he was eating enough. He was very kind on the phone. I understand that there's traffic, weather, etc. but if you accept a job you should try to deliver on it and communicate any delays/confirmation. If he had communicated with me, I wouldn't have minded much and also wouldn't have lost a few days of work-which really did affect me.

They lost my dog even when they were warned to be careful with her. When animal control officer found her, I gave them a second chance to get her and finish shipment. We agreed to have them bring her to me on Wednesday. They did not. They told me the day before that they had other arrangements. They brought her to me two days later. It took me three weeks to get my dog from the original ship date. Don't trust them. They do not follow through with what they say they will do. I would be happy to share our text messages if anyone is interested.

Christopher arrived exactly when promised, and was very professional, courteous, and compassionate. His pickup truck was clean and appeared to be in excellent condition, and was all set up with blankets and bowls in the back seat for our pup. They arrived at their destination ahead of schedule the next morning, safe and sound. Christopher was kind enough to provide us several updates by phone along the way, including a call when the delivery was complete. Of course, we were a bit anxious sending our little pup off on this 'adventure,' but Christopher certainly put us at ease and left us confident that the experience was as comfortable as it could have been for her. Josh is terrible he is never on time. He will complain with any hicup in the transport. He tries to sell on his hardships to get more money. He is a fraud , drilled a piece of wood into a crate and tried to charge me an extra 125.00 dollars , said a handyman did it but had no reciept or proof. This guy was 6 hours late on a transport.
