Erica & Bill are very down to earth, very reliable, and very loving with our dog. We couldn't ask for any better of an experience transporting our dog for the first time ever. We had a lot of anxiety about allowing someone to transport him from Florida to Portland Oregon because it is such a long trip but after reading the feedback and then meeting them in person, we had no more anxiety at all. They are wonderful and plan on using their services again if we need the dog to come back to Florida.

Words cannot describe the amazing service I received from Erica and Bill. Texts/Calls/Picture Updates throughout the travel. I was assured the entire time that my two cats were safe. They drove from Biloxi Mississippi to Sacramento California ! This couple really out-did themselves and I am so happy I found this website to ship my two cats. My cats arrived calmly and safe. Erica and Bill provided food for the cats and litter. They were stored inside a large kennel with plenty of room to move around. From the time I put my cats up on the website to when they got to me across the U.S. took about 1 week total. It was fast and secure I would do this again a hundred times over ! Erica and Bill are amazing people and were very accommodating to me as well. I had school the night they got here so they waited for me to get done which was really nice. Thank you both again for getting my babies home safe!

Was VERY reluctant to leave my pups with a stranger and expect them to deliver them safely, especially since I was not there to meet them at pickup as I had to fly across the country for a new job. She never picked my puppy up she quoted me March 6th between 2-4 and I confirmed with her on Monday 3-5-18 she stated that the appointment was confirmed with my breeder. And then today she said she would not make it to pick up my puppy until 6pm-7:30pm which would mean my puppy would have to stay overnight in her car with other dogs. I was never aware till after she was already booked that the time would change. However she got upset with me because I asked if we met her in VA would the fee be cheaper she sent me a text back and all of this is going on at 6:30pm she sent me a text back and then blocked my number. I will never ever refer her or grasshopper to none of my dog breeders friends or family. This was unprofessional now after we waited for her we have to wait to find someone else. At last minute after me and the breeder took off of work to accommodate her. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Tammy was amazing. I plan to use her services in the future. On February 19 she flew into Georgia to pickup my puppy from a local airport and flew the puppy to Illinois to meet her new owner. She had a very fair price. She consistently communicated to the new owner and myself so that neither party missed any information. She is truly wonderful and like I said at the beginning I will definitely be using her services again.

WOW!! I was so nervous to use this site and trust Ceila with our babies but they couldn't have been in better hands! Ceila is truly amazing and such a genuine heart she cared for our Dobermans like they were her own! we were updated frequently, gps tracking, and full reassurance of our dogs and whereabouts. I purchased Bella in Phoenix AZ and I reside in NYC. I didn’t know how I was going to get her here without shipping her as cargo. Thank God for google because I found this website and lwas connected with Puppy Rush Transport! He picked Bella up and boarded a plane from Arizona to New York City! Keeping Bella in his sight the whole time! The trip took no more than 10 hours versus a road trip that would’ve taken days!! He made sure to keep me updated from start to finnish which allowed me to be very confident and comfortable! I got to see Bella the same exact day which was amazing!!! If I can give this company a million stars I definitely would! If you’re in a rush to see your furry baby and want someone that’s not only professional but also competent go with Puppy Rush Transport! You will not regret your decision!

He is a racist that thinks just because he says "not to stereotype" it's ok to say. For starters there was an issue about payment but it was resolved but then he wanted a partial payment before final delivery and I wanted to know why because the initial agreement was that the final payment would be made once he arrived at the final destination. But then he said "Read the contract sir...it is all depends. Personally I like to be paid upon delivery, but can also require full payment or 50/50, based on several factors like when the shipper, you, is not the receiver. Not to stereotype but blacks are always tricky! I think the fact that I saw the Caucasian lady last night, put me at ease and I did not,inquire about payment". In the 28 years of my life I have never had someone say anything like this to me. So this tells me he bases how he charges people and treats them a certain way by the color of their skin. But to add this is what the contract says "Shipper agrees to pay courier $300.00 (Three Hundred Dollars and 00/100) in cash or electronic form ($Cash/Venmo apps.)? upon completion of contract or as mutually arranged in advance between Shipper and Courier". So he also lied to me on top of that because we arranged through messages that payment would be issued once DELIVERED. But save your time and money, I don't support racism, double standards, or liars.

Lee (Hunter) was great! He communicated with me throughout his trip, and made sure our puppy was eating/drinking/going to the bathroom. Since it was my first time using the site I was of course was very nervous at first and wasn't sure what to expect, but I am so glad I used it. It was extremely reasonable cost-wise and our driver ended up being so caring with our puppy that we could not be happier! I would use this site again and would use Lee again for sure!

Our experience with John was amazing. This was a last minute booking as our previous plans to get our new bundle of joy fell through and John was up for the challenge without any hesitation. He picked up our new 10 week old Shar-Pei in North Carolina and delivered her to us in St. Louis without any issues. He was outstanding and took very good care of our Maybel. He sent pictures along the way and sent messages letting us know how things were going and when to expect him. He was very courteous and professional and his car was clear as a whistle. I would use and recommend John again in a heartbeat.

Great job. I wanted a driver that kept me updated on our dogs and his travel schedule. Alex spent time with the dogs while traveling, so the dogs could run around and stretch and not always confined to the auto. And with the length of the trip, that was critical. Alex was great and I would use him again.

If I could give Deb 6 stars, I would! She transported my sister's pup, Goldie, from Marietta to Philly this week. Deb kept us informed the whole way.
