Hey everyone, I am orginally from Fall River, Ma lived in Groton Ct for 2 years, lived in Phoenix/Glendale AZ for on and off for 15 years, Houston TX for 6 months, Now currently living in a tiny town called New Berlin IL,, just outside of Springfield, IL. I do travel to all lower 48, my specialty is the northeast and west and southwest. But I travel to all lower 48. I am also a pet owner currently have 4 cats that came from the streets of Jacksonville, IL, New Berlin IL and two from Glendale, AZ and then my service dog and I were in a matching program I have MS but I keep pushing it and I also do suffer from PTSD. Transporting has helped me in so many ways. I love coming home and enjoying my cats and I also love enjoying being on the road as well. There are some of my clients who do not want their dogs in cages and I can understand. I do carry cages with me at all times. My car is well maintained inside and out. I never charge the per cage or per animal, I do not charge anything extra for tolls or hotel. When I list the price it covers everything. If you need a reciept. My dad taught me the best life goal is to listen to all and come up with solutions that helps and never judge..... I do not have multiple cages traveling with me at all. I do offer cost efficient transport, on which I clean after ever route, washed and sanitized. I do not charge per created Animal, I charge per trip for that client if it one Animal or 5 animals it is all the same price so please don't think all who bid low have multiple trips. I will ask you if it ok to pickup another animal to help you keep the cost down. I don't make excuses of why it takes forever from point a to b. If the weather isn't the best I let you know at that moment. I am also on top of the traffic issues from car accidents to or emergency road clouser. Your animal comes for first, and I think what would you do for your animal(s)... Please don't think because of my Bid is low because I have multiples, far from it. Also, I am not a team, it's just me, so I am able to keep those prices down. On avg. It is .50 a mile. But in states gas prices are and tills exists, I love what I do and always will. Each pet will have a blanket and water bowl at all times unless they are known to chew and ingest bedding. Dogs are walked one at a time. They will not interact with sny other pet. Cats will have a blanket, litter box, food and water at all times. I have had zero cancellations in total, not just in 4 weeks. *Emergency Transport Available* Let's discuss a date before you book! I cannot commit if you book without messaging first and a confirmation of dates. I require a deposit after you book through here. Your spot is not confirmed until your deposit is received. 20% deposit, 40 % at pickup and 40% at delivery. Citizen shipper has their own fees. This does not go towards your Transport cost. We are moving, walking, feeding or sleeping. It's not fair to the animals so please be sure to discuss schedule with your both sides before you book. On longer trips you will have at least 12 hours notice as we approach and update you on ETA. Shorter distances will provide more accurate eta’s from the start. Delivery hours are throughout the day and night except 12:30 am to 6:30 am which is driver rest time. Transport includes space for enough food for your transport and grocery store size bag of items if needed. Additional cargo mist be discussed.

For the older dogs or dogs that have trouble getting into vehicles, I do have a dog ramp If your fur baby is small enough to fly and the distance is worth a flight, I highly recommend it over ground transportation as it will be quicker for them to get to their destination. lots of times when traveling, pets don’t eat or go to the bathroom, so a flight is a much better option, even if it means spending a little more money. How often do they stop for bathroom/food/water breaks? How many other pets will be transported? is there enough space for the pets to be transported comfortably and not in crates that are too small. If picking up other animals, how long does it add to my animals transport? Do they have a backup plan if their vehicle breaks down? Do they have funds to handle that situation. (I have seen many drivers who had no funds to fix their vehicle while mid transport and peoples animals were stuck in hotels or dropped off at shelters) If transporting a puppy, do they follow No Paws on the Ground to protect pup from diseases such as Parvo? If the dog is hypoglycemic, are they aware of the signs of this and know how to treat it? These dogs should be checked on no less than every 1-2 hours, if not eating due to motion sickness, they should be offered honey or karo syrup. Ensure they know proper dosing for dogs if planning to use benadryl. (personally, I find most dogs settle down and sleep during transport so I avoid using it) Ensure to have the owner/ breeder check the condition of the vehicle before handing the dog over to transporter. what is their safety protocol if an animal gets loose. (recommend using leads that connect to the car and your dog during stops so the dog cannot run off) Ensure they can provide GPS tracking during pets transport Ask the transporter if they share pics/video updates (specifically, I’d want to see videos that they are letting my animal out to use the bathroom and offered food and water) (depending on the length of the drive, some dogs don’t eat and that’s okay, as long as it’s not more than two days, with the exception of small dog breeds-consult your vet first) Obtain a copy of their drivers license. USDA registration and pet insurance. There are many great transporters out there who will love your pets like their own while in their care and those transporters won’t care if you ask a million questions. we would rather you ask and be on the same page and at ease as we know sending your fur babies with strangers can be very stressful!
