CJ was as wonderful as the rest of his reviews detailed. We have never used a transport service like this, and I was a bit nervous, but CJ delivered. He was kind, flexible, and EXTREMELY COMMUNICATIVE. We received updates and photos every 3 hours. We were never worried about our dog, Bailey. We have booked CJ for our return transport. OMG! CJ was amazing beyond words! He kept me informed throughout the trip, he sent videos and photos. The best part was watching their trip through gps, YES! He shared his location! Which was the reason I went with him. Instead of asking questions, when making his bid he was very informative on what he offers for the trip. He was accommodating and respectful. The thing that made me seal the deal was how you interacted with my Honey Girl. He was attentive, caring, and loving towards her. Thank you Cj, you’ll be the only one I book with.

5 dogs Charlee Lucy Bow Sally and Quigley. CJ sent photos of the doggy breaks for food water and poops. He communicated all along the trip Hourly and delivered the pups in great shape for camp. My trainer Sherry Ebert appreciated the way CJ called and texted her

If I could give CJ 10 Stars, I would! Very friendly and awesome communication from booking to delivery. This was my first time using CitizenShipper and I was a bit nervous having a stranger drive our 4 fur babies across the US from CA to GA. He was punctual at pick up and had a comfortable setup for the cats. He provided treats and water and he even had enough room to ship our cat essentials. He was very accommodating when setting pick up and delivery. He went out of his was to spend an hour with us to help the cats become more familiar with him. He provided lots pictures and videos which was comforting to see that they were ok. He encountered a little snag along the journey but communicated every step of the way. Our babies arrived safely and we were happy that CJ was able to handle the whole journey with care. Would definitely recommend CJ for your next transport.

CJ was amazing throughout the entire process! He kept me updated with photos and messages, took great care of my dog Lucky, and made sure he was safe and comfortable the whole way from Los Angeles to Atlanta. Awesome! CJ is the best….would not have another. He showed compassion for Saint, excellent care and communicated every step of the way. He went above and beyond when I was desperate to save Saint from euthanizing. SAint was a stray dog picked up and in a shelter on limited time. I was unable to find a rescue to get him out being out of state….CH offered to rescue Saint from the shelter as only in staters can do and then he transported him to me and I then adopted him from CJ. He also took Saint to pet smart for a bath as he certainly needed one. He evaluated Saint for me health wise and emotionally and kept me informed. My anxiety was minimal! He was in excellent hands! Thank you again CJ and citizens shipper for hiring such good people!

By far the most amazing person on the planet i have a rescue siberian husky so no easy dog to transport but we are moving on pcs orders and he made sure the while process was easy and quck they take very amazing care of ur pups on travel and makes sure to make it in time for military orders if you are in the military and need a pet moved please go with California transport for the most relaxing travel experience moving large pets is not easy but cali transport made it easy my pup is a rescue with severe separation anxiety but my pup loved the trip and was taken care if

We had an outstanding experience with our pet transporter, who went above and beyond to help us rescue a Great Dane from an out-of-state shelter. He personally went to the shelter to pick the dog up on our behalf, cared for him overnight in his own home, and safely transported him across state lines to us. He kept us updated with detailed tracking, frequent photos, and consistent communication every step of the way. He is incredibly responsible, compassionate, and trustworthy—we highly recommend him for anyone looking for the best possible pet transport experience!
