CJ was the absolute best! We needed someone to drive our 4 month puppy from CA to NY. We were nervous to find someone who would be able to care for Roxy on such a long journey - but CJ made the entire experience friendly and comortable for us and for Roxy. CJ was an excelent communicator and sent us videos and photos of her meal times and multiple daily stops/walks every 2-3 hours. As well as GPS location sharing so we could follow the ride. She arrived in New York a happy and well cared for puppy. He also checked in with us the day after to make sure she was settling in ok. He really cares for the pets like they're his own. Please book any of your pet transport needs with CJ. We absolutely will book with him again for any future pet travel needs.

It was my first time using CitizenShipper. CJ was great - very responsive (answered all of my questions quickly and kept me apprised of how the trip was going.) He was on time for pickup and delivery and my dog arrived safe and sound. I would definitely book with CJ again if the need arises.

I often rarely review services and this is my first time using this new 21st century mode of fur baby transportation. But if you are reviewing CJs profile and are kind of up in the air about trusting someone with your fur baby to deliver them safely and happy and HEALTHY to you, please look no further. He made a roughly 22 hour drive to deliver her to me, but it only felt like a few hours. He was constantly updating me with photos and videos of their walks, whenever he fed her and gave her water, and was always flexible at any given time for me to call and ask questions. I applaud him for his services and appreciate what he did for my family.

Cj was amazing! He drove my Golden Retriever from CA to ID and made sure to give lots of updates with photos! I love that he had him in the car with him in the back seat, I think it made my dog less stressed. Thank you CJ!
