I can’t express enough how grateful I am to CJ for safely bringing my two dogs, Mex and Pixie, from California all the way to Texas. This was such a big journey for them and for me as well, and I had been preparing myself for the long wait of two and a half to three days. But to my surprise, CJ pushed through and made the trip without unnecessary delays, arriving about 12 hours earlier than I had expected. Seeing my dogs sooner than planned was such a gift, and I will always remember that moment of joy when I first held them again. What made the experience even more comforting was how thoughtful and attentive CJ was along the way. He didn’t just drive—he cared. Throughout the journey, he sent me updates, photos, and videos of Max and Pixie drinking water, taking breaks, going on little walks, and eating their meals. For a pet parent, those small updates mean the world. Each video gave me peace of mind, letting me know they weren’t just being transported, but truly being cared for with love and patience. Max and Pixie can both be shy and nervous, especially in cars and with new people, but CJ treated them as if they were his own. I could see from the photos how calm they looked, how relaxed they felt. That doesn’t happen by chance—it happens because of the kindness and empathy of the person caring for them. Most of all, I want to highlight how selfless CJ was in prioritizing what really matters: the hearts of the people waiting. He could have taken more breaks for his own rest, but he understood how much it meant for me to be reunited with my dogs as soon as possible. Even though the long drive must have been exhausting, he put my peace of mind and my dogs’ safe arrival first. That kind of dedication and thoughtfulness is rare, and it shows what an extraordinary person he is. Thanks to CJ, what could have been a stressful and anxious experience turned into a journey filled with trust, gratitude, and relief. Max, Pixie, and I are now happily together, and I know this wouldn’t have been possible without his care. We had the most amazing experience with CJ, who transported our dog from LA to Portland. Our dog Sami is a rescue from Thailand; she is very nervous and had just endured the long flight. Sami was comfortable with CJ immediately, allowing him to pet her and got in the car easily. We chose CJ because he was so easy to communicate with from the start and asked thoughtful questions about Sami's breed and demeanor. CJ arrived promptly to pick up Sami, provided small meals, water, treats, and walks along the way, staying in touch with us the entire time by sending photos on WhatsApp and being traceable on Live360. Despite the very long drive, Sami arrived cheerful and rested. We are so lucky to have found CJ and would recommend him to anyone seeking safe and fun transport for their pet!

OMG! CJ was amazing beyond words! He kept me informed throughout the trip, he sent videos and photos. The best part was watching their trip through gps, YES! He shared his location! Which was the reason I went with him. Instead of asking questions, when making his bid he was very informative on what he offers for the trip. He was accommodating and respectful. If I could give CJ 10 Stars, I would! Very friendly and awesome communication from booking to delivery. This was my first time using CitizenShipper and I was a bit nervous having a stranger drive our 4 fur babies across the US from CA to GA. He was punctual at pick up and had a comfortable setup for the cats. He provided treats and water and he even had enough room to ship our cat essentials. He was very accommodating when setting pick up and delivery. He went out of his was to spend an hour with us to help the cats become more familiar with him. He provided lots pictures and videos which was comforting to see that they were ok. He encountered a little snag along the journey but communicated every step of the way. Our babies arrived safely and we were happy that CJ was able to handle the whole journey with care. Would definitely recommend CJ for your next transport.

Awesome! CJ is the best….would not have another. He showed compassion for Saint, excellent care and communicated every step of the way. He went above and beyond when I was desperate to save Saint from euthanizing. SAint was a stray dog picked up and in a shelter on limited time. I was unable to find a rescue to get him out being out of state….CH offered to rescue Saint from the shelter as only in staters can do and then he transported him to me and I then adopted him from CJ. He also took Saint to pet smart for a bath as he certainly needed one. He evaluated Saint for me health wise and emotionally and kept me informed. My anxiety was minimal! He was in excellent hands! Thank you again CJ and citizens shipper for hiring such good people!
