My love of driving started back when I was 8 years old, I was “the navigator” on family trips. My dad taught me to read a map and I would keep him awake as we drove through the night to get to our destinations. As an adult I have owned a same day courier service delivering industrial and construction supplies. I worked for a National moving truck company delivering 26 ft box trucks across the US. I also hold an Indiana residential real estate brokers license. I’m living the dream of being a business owner while mixing my love for animals and travel!

Courier for 20 years, I love to work with pets and drive all over the west coast. In all the time I've delivered I've never once canceled on an order. I can tow motorcycle and jet skis with my car. I love photography and I have a great camera on my phone and I will do my best to capture pictures along my route and post them to you. I'll do my best to keep you informed on my travels. Stand-by Flights: (Starting Bid) We offer standby flights for clients who are flexible with their travel plans and are willing to take the next available flight. This option allows clients to pay a reduced rate for air transportation, but it does not guarantee a seat on a specific flight. We work with various airlines' availability on those provided flights. If space on the provided flight overfills, we will work with the clients to find the next available flight at no cost. Our experienced nannies will provide care and attention to the pets to ensure their comfort and safety during the whole process. *We include Flights and Pet-In-Cabin Fees with all stand-by flights. Confirmed Ticket Flights: We offer Confirmed Ticket Flights that guarantee a seat on a specific flight. This option eliminates any hassle with overfilled flights or other delays that stand-by may have. We work with you during the booking process to ensure everything is properly booked. Transportation Fee: $650-$950 Pet-In-Cabin Fee: $150 +Flights (You will only need to provide the flight from Pickup to Drop off) *Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico may vary* *If you have flight miles with a specific airline, we can use those to book tickets for our flight nannies" Let us know in the messages! VIP Confirmed Flights: Our VIP option is designed to provide the highest level of personalized care for pets during their journey. This option includes full door-to-door services along with Confirmed Ticket Flights. Transportation Fee: $950 Pet-In-Cabin Fee: $150 +Flights (You will only need to provide the flight from Pickup to Drop off) +Taxis/Rental Miles Flexibility: Despite careful planning, unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays or cancellations may occur, requiring your pet to stay overnight or arrive later than expected. In such cases, our dedicated pet nanny will arrange accommodations at a suitable hotel and promptly work to secure the earliest available flight the following morning. Rest assured, we will maintain clear communication with you throughout, ensuring your pet's comfort and well-being during any disruptions to travel plans. Refund Policy: 1. We offer a full refund for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled transportation. CitizenShipper Fees: Our bidding does not include the "Booking Fee" charged separately by CitizenShipper. They charge you this fee when accepting any transporter's bidding. I am a military vet where I served 10 years in the Army as an Infantry Officer, serving primarily airborne units and military working dogs. After serving with multiple working dogs throughout my military career I developed an affinity for them and I began working and training them once I retired from active service. I got into the transporting of animal business during the pandemic due to airline restrictions. A resident of South Florida, I started with local transports and now have expanded to the I-95 corridor portion of the east coast. I have been driving, with my husband doing hotshots with various delivery companies for a combined 30+ years. I also often travel for my work as a medium, so I'm happy to help transport for people along the way. I am generally flexible on times/costs, and do my best to help you for the least that I can. I love animals of all kinds and can transport them with or without a kennel, whichever you prefer. We have kennels upon request. We sometimes travel with children (nieces/nephews) on board to help them be able to see more of the world instead of just reading about it, and may have our own Westie pups along some trips (in their own kennel for safety) I pride myself on the personal touch, many owners become friends after I finish their delivery. I may not always be the cheapest bid, so I understand if I’m not a good fit. I do not generally take deliveries for more than 3 people at a time, and my bid is always priced accordingly. Private rides are available at a higher cost. Plenty of stops for potty are allowed. Cats and brand new puppies are provided a litter/puppy pad for potty, older dogs are taken to outdoor safe rest areas for breaks. I do not let pups sit in mess for any length of time, so that can affect travel time some. We stop to clean cages and change pads whenever there is a potty accident. Constant access to water is a must, food is given as directed by owner or breeder. We do not stop overnight. Because we tandem drive, taking turns driving and sleeping, most transports can be done within 24 hours (obviously depending on distance between) I have never had a delivery (and I’ve done from NY to CA) take more than 72 hours. Unless I message you specifically stating otherwise, my bids are for driving your babies, but I have also recently begun offering flight nanny services, I fly anywhere that Southwest Airlines services and bring small pets on board with me.

**Right now in 14 states Dogs are getting an Upper Respiratory Infection which is expensive to treat and sometimes fatal. This has spread quickly. We do private transports it is safer and allows us to interact with your furbaby. I have been delivering rescues as well as puppies all over the US for 24 years. I am happy to send pictures of your dog as we travel and take breaks. I believe in communication so will gladly update you along the way. If you are flexible with the dates, and want a shared transport I try my best to give shippers a discount. Please do not try to send your information before you have confirmed the job with me. Once confirmed we will be able to communicate via this site or text or email or the phone. Also please note: this site charges a booking fee that has nothing to do with the quote it is seperate.

I have been immersed in the travel industry for the better part of my life. Navigation of the roads and airports are second nature to me! I stop frequently for bathroom and exercise breaks. Typically I drive a maximum of 10 hours per day. With the pups that is cut into with walks and food breaks. I offer specials for military moves and rescues! Britt and Sam have joined us here to extend coverage for your drives. We now offer expedited team drives! We love to add furry friends to our guest list! Team members help to increase the overall coverage. If you’d like to add a team member to your route it can decrease the time your animals are in the car. Pricing notes: ** Citizenshipper charges you a fee OUTSIDE of my bid** Ground transport: I try to push through to avoid hotels and motels however when I stay I choose well rated locations to ensure a safe and healthy stay. Each 9 hours of drive time is added an average of $120 for pet friendly accommodations. A small deposit will be required at booking. This can be waived based on circumstances. Half the balance is due at pickup, the rest is due upon delivery. Flight notes: For a flight nanny service your pup will require a health certificate listed as healthy to fly. I don't risk standby flights and all flights are insured and booked directly with the airline to reduce risk of being bumped off the flight. Half the deposit is due at booking after I have booked your flight. You will get a copy of my flight itinerary. If your payment is not received within 12 hours of my booked flight it will be canceled and is subject to canceling the entire trip. Refunds: I have yet to cancel a trip however should I have to cancel you will be refunded fully. ground transport deposits are refundable up to 1 week prior to your expected pickup date. Up to 48 hours only half your deposit is refunded. Anything less than 48 hours notice and your deposit is forfeited entirely. Flights: if canceled within 24 hours of booking your deposit is refunded. Up to one week prior to the flight half your deposit is returned should you need to cancel. Within one week cancelation no refunds are given without special circumstances.

Yes, there will be so many bids! Choose who makes you feel comfortable and practices safety first for your pet. During Your Pet’s Travel You Can Expect: Limited Number of Pet Passengers: We limit our transport to a maximum of number of 4 to 5 animals at a time, ensuring personalized attention and comfort for each pet passenger. The Process We are animal lovers and I'm sure we are going to love your precious cargo. We listen to our customers in what they expect for their pet when it comes to walking, feeding and caring for them. We are always accessible during the transport to include pictures and live updates of our location and arrival time. We will do everything we can to accommodate special requests. We won’t be the least expensive because we don’t book too many pets so that we can give proper attention and care to each pet. After you book us on CitizenShipper, we send you a contract. Once your contract (addresses, dates, amount, etc.) is received, we will send an invoice to you, where you can pay with debit or credit card via Square or with Zelle or Venmo. We collect 50% at the time of booking (separate from the Citizenshipper fee) and then the remaining balance upon delivery. We accept Zelle, Venmo, and can make Balance Due arrangements for COD Cancellation Policy: For cancellations two weeks or more prior to pick up, we will refund 100% of the deposit. For one week prior cancellations, we will refund 50% of the deposit. Cancellations 48 hours or less will forfeit the deposit. Booking with us is equivalent to reserving a plane ticket for your pet. All terms and agreements, including a legalized contract, must be signed within 24 hours of accepting the reservation request, ensuring clarity and commitment from both parties. We are constantly booking pets and updating our route and times of arrival. If you haven’t spoken to us in several days after a discussion of a transport, contact us before booking to make sure the agreement and our route are still the same. If we withdraw our bid, it will be because we have booked another pet transport and can no longer accommodate you. PLEASE NOTE: AT THE TIME OF BOOKING, CITIZENSHIPPER WILL CHARGE YOU A FEE. THIS IS SEPARATE FROM THE FEE YOU HAVE AGREED UPON FOR OUR SERVICE. A Few Other Notes: • WE ARE NOT BROKERS. When you book Lucky Dog Transport TN, you talk directly to us and we are the ones that personally hand your pet to you. • Please make sure your pet has been washed the day of pickup. • Have vet records with a clearance for travel. • The pet must be Parvovirus free, worm free and in overall good health. • The pet will also be required to be up to date on all shots. We require these things to protect you, the seller, Lucky Dog Transport TN and the buyer. • If these conditions are not adhered to, we reserve the right to refuse pick up with the booking customer losing their deposit. • USDA Certified: Rest assured that your pets are in the care of a USDA certified pet transport company, committed to upholding the highest standards of animal welfare and safety. • Your pet is fully insured while under our care via Lloyd's London. $1M Comprehensive Insurance: We prioritize the safety and security of your pets. We offer comprehensive insurance coverage for all transported animals, ensuring their protection in the unlikely event of any unforeseen circumstances. We also have on call vet services during travel. • We have been in the transportation business for over 13 years, with zero accidents and zero traffic violations during that time • Please kindly remember that puppies and traffic are quite the unpredictable combination. We will always alert you to any traffic changes or excessive stops due to car sickness or other needs your pet may have. • It is a good idea to not have other plans or to have backup plans for help from a family member or friend the day your pet is being picked up and dropped off. Our Services: We provide crates for travel, water, bowls, and leashes. We prefer to feed your pet the food they are used to eating. Ziplock bags with your pet’s name and feeding instructions work very well.
