I am located in Los Angeles, CA. As a small business, I am ALWAYS the person who will be doing the transport. I don't outsource my bookings to different drivers as many companies do, so owners always know exactly who their fur babies with and can contact me directly anytime and not through a 3rd person in the "office" who doesn't really know how your pet is doing during the transport. I choose quality pet transport over quantity! I specialize in SOLO VIP transport or shared rides with 2 - 4 pets at a time. Please understand and be aware that CitizenShipper is not a standard bidding/auction site. Sevice you will get from higher bidders is not the same as you will get if you pick a lowest quote. Most of the times - the lower the bid means that the more caged animals are traveling (10-15 pets is being an average) with delivery time frames up to 2 weeks. They are carried at the back of cargo vans or U-haul tracks and get very little care and attention just because there are so many of them for 1 or even if there are 2 drivers. I love animals so much and I can't imagine sending my beloved pet traveling in mentioned above conditions. I enjoy traveling and nature photography is my hobby and I have background in film industry as a film/video editor. I have an extensive cross country driving experiences and I enjoy helping others. I am also a Maine Coon cat breeder and I worked as a dog trainer during my teenage ages😊. I believe that being in crate is too stressful for most dogs and i like them be my travel buddies, not just cargo, enjoy the trip, be as comfortable as possible and have a window to look at 😊 If you prefer your dog travel in a crate, I will provide one or you can send your own if needed. 🔆 I am USDA certified and Fully insured through PetCare insurance 🔆 If you are looking for a Solo Ride please let me know, I offer private ride for $1-1.25 per mile. 🔆 I am also offering PET + VEHICLE transportation service for those who also need to relocate their car across the country. Your pet(s) will be privately driven in Your vehicle directly to the destination. 🔆 I Do Not require a deposit and collect my full payment upon delivery. The only fee you will need to pay at the time of booking is the Citizen Shipper service fee which goes directly to them and is separate from the transporter's quote. John is a former OTR driver with 29 years of experience, hauling everything from livestock, pets, boats, RV’s, car haulers, refrigerated units, trees, boulders, to hazmat. He maintains a CDL for larger transports. Our background includes raising livestock for 4H, horse rescue and canine fostering/rehabilitation. Our home is a full on zoo and we love it! Ground Transport: For you, we provide constant updates throughout the trip with videos and updates. We provide location details through Life360 so you know exactly where your pet is along the journey. We’re also always a text or phone call away so you’re welcome to check in as often as you’d like! We stop regularly for potty breaks, stretches and scratches. Kitties are provided a litter box for the duration of the trip. Air Transport: We offer flight nanny services to/from most US airports for pets under 20 lbs. - We provide transport from airport to airport in a comfy, airline approved carrier that is yours to keep. - Our bid is the final price. It includes all associated travel expenses. - Payments: Half is due at booking with the remaining amount due at delivery. We accept cash, Venmo, Apple Pay or Cash App. - Cancellation Policy: We book non-refundable flights immediately upon your acceptance of our bid. Therefore, refund for any cancellation will be the deposit MINUS cost of airfare. Your pets safety is our top priority so we do not allow pets to co-mingle with each other unless they're coming from the same place. Our motto is quality of care over quantity, therefore we transport a limited number of pets at a time on our ride share transports. Because of this, our bids may be higher than others who transport more pets at a time. We’ve also been transporting for a long time so by choosing us, you are opting for experience and peace of mind in knowing that your pet is in the best of hands. You can rest assure that with us, you are getting us as the drive team. Either John and Nick or John and Katrina will be taking care of your pet for the duration of the trip.
