Our operating hours are from 5:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight), seven days a week. Transport is a full day of driving with continuous scheduled stops; therefore, we are unable to wait for specific availability times. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to remain available during this full operating window on the scheduled pickup and delivery dates. If you have other commitments, please plan accordingly. We offer your pets a vacation for their trip. With over 30 years experience in transporting all types of animals and equipment cross country as well as training seeing eye dogs and having several fur babies ourselves. Bay Coast understands the worries involved with trusting someone with your pet. We have extensive experience with Bulldog breeds, pets with special needs and very large dogs. We are currently insured with Pet Care Insurance and USDA registered. ‘Flight Nanny’ services: for dogs and cats up to 20lbs. This is normally the least expensive option for longer distances. We use a 2019 Lincoln Navigator L or a 2023 Ford Van and offer GPS tracking and stop every 2.5-3 hours for a short bathroom / walk break and to make sure all is well and we send videos and photos daily so that you can follow along on their road trip. We only feed your pet what you choose and also have several size dog crates, collars, harnesses and leashes for the journey. You will also have my cell phone number not just a email for clear communication while we are on the road. There is a requirement of a 50% deposit at time of booking with remaining due at pickup. This is separate from your Citizen Shipper fee. No refunds will be provided for cancelations 48 hours or less before pickup.
