They were very communicative when I was first inquiring about booking, answered all of my questions (I had a lot), and had a reasonable price and schedule that worked for me. Upon their arrival to pickup the cat I was needing transported, they were kind and helpful getting the cat into the crate for transport. Their vehicle was clean and the crate was clean and prepared with a fresh litter box and food bowl for the cat's journey. They were transporting a puppy as well and she seemed very calm and happy, which helped ease my worries. I was sent pics and updates along the way, and given estimated times of arrival to his destination. Very professional and caring. I would use them again if I ever need those services again. Throughout the 1600 mile trip, they remained in close contact, taking and sending several photos and giving several progress updates. I would definitely use their services again without hesitation. Movement LLC did a great job delivering our Havashire puppy from Texas to Chicago. Good initial communication to set up. They checked in by text regularly during trip as promised with some pictures of our puppy which was peace of mind. They communicated with our breeder ahead of pick up and the breeder stated it was a good experience with them as this was her first time working with a pet transportation service. Our new puppy arrived on schedule. I feel she was well taken care of during her trip. Great price, great service. Thank you!
