When we are 20 minutes out of arrival of picking up your fur baby I send a text. I then pick up your fur baby and send a picture or video of your fur baby and tell you when we are departing and Estimated time of arrival to your house. I will also tell you where we are at and when we are getting fuel. I also send pictures of your fur baby. I will send out a text or call when I am 20 minutes out from your house. If your pet gets sick or something happens I will call you immediately and find the nearest veterinarian. Most times the rides are solo and VIP.
