Pups on a Plane is a fully registered LLC pet chauffeur company. We offer safe, dependable in-cabin air transport service both nationwide and internationally. We transport for only ONE family at a time. Why book a flight nanny? With Pups on a Plane, your pet will NEVER fly cargo with the luggage. Your fur baby will travel comfortably in cabin with our flight nanny from takeoff to landing. We take the stress out of travel for your pet. Our service comes with peace of mind that your pups are transported quickly, safely, and comfortably without worries of a long car ride or lonely cargo trip. What do we offer? Our pet nannies oversee every step of your pup’s relocation, from ground to air, and into your arms. While under our care, all pets are monitored, provided fresh water, fed, and walked (if fully vaccinated). We provide a sanitized pet carrier or leash specific to your pet’s size. All airline pet fees are included in the quoted price. Feel free to message me with any special requests or questions. Terms and Conditions: 50% deposit required to book transport date. Balance due when pet is picked up for travel by the transporter. No pets are released until balance is paid in full. Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle or Apple Pay. Cancellations by the customer within 7 days of transport will forfeit deposit. **Please note: CitizenShipper charges a separate booking fee. This is not paid to the transporter, and is not included in the quoted price. Booking of services is confirmation of agreement to all listed terms. Pups on a Plane is insured and covered in the event something goes wrong during pet relocation. We are also a USDA certified and registered pet transport company. We pride ourselves on taking extra care with your fur babies. We exercise safety precautions against viruses and pathogens such as parvovirus and kennel cough. We have a strict “No paws on the ground” policy for puppies under 12 weeks of age; we will provide puppy pee pads for the transport. Carriers, leashes, and bowls are sanitized using pet friendly materials. Not only do we want you to have a great transport experience, we want you to come back and use us again. We are committed to making sure you and your pets are happy.
