Happy Trails Pet Transport--USDA

This was the absolute best experience I could have ever imagined! I had some hesitation hiring anyone to transport my two beautiful dogs. Mike at Happy Trails Pet Transport was the absolute best. He was so friendly and the communication was so great! He worked around our schedule and sent photos along the way. We were transporting two large dogs over 600 miles, so it was about a day and a half trip. He took photos at all the stops. He was very conscientious of the health needs of the pups and also made sure the drop off location was adequate before releasing the dogs. He was available by phone and text. Was always supportive, helpful, and friendly. And the cost was reasonable for the amount of work and the time involved! It was absolutely a pleasure working with them and I would recommend this company to anyone looking to transport their beloved family pets. Thank you Mike!!! Thank you Happy Trails Pet Transport. Got her from Eugene, Oregon to Blaine, Washington for me. Great communication before , during and on arrival. Very professional. I also liked that he offered the PayPal option. I’ve used Citizenshipper a couple of times in the past before but I think Michael blew everyone else out of the water. He did an amazing job of keeping us up to date with photos and location consistently. Our fur babies weren’t stressed out on the ride at all and they arrived happy. I had a great experience with Michael transporting my dog from Seattle to San Francisco. We had a call a few weeks before the travel date to outline what to expect while she was in transport and I felt very at ease knowing she would be in good hands. Michael was very communicative the whole time my dog was in his care, and I appreciated the tracking platform that I could periodically look at to check in. Mike is professional, courteous and provided location details and photos all the way from Bainbridge Island to Seattle.
