We truly love what we do — and we believe we’ve been called to do it with excellence. I’m Dale, and I launched this business in May 2018 after learning the ropes from whom I consider to be the best in the industry; as well as gaining hands-on experience subcontracting and running routes for others. It’s been a journey of learning, growth, and God’s clear guidance every step of the way! Today, our dedicated team of drivers travels coast to coast, multiple times a month, providing dependable, compassionate door-to-door pet transport! Much of our work comes through referrals and loyal breeders — relationships we deeply value — and we would be honored to build that same level of trust with you. Each animal travels independently — never crated with others — and receives personalized care, tailored to them. Whether that’s walks, quiet time, or one-on-one interaction with the driver, we focus on making your pet feel safe, seen, and cared for comfortably throughout the journey. These are critical components to building good rapport and combatting travel anxiety, often pets become fast friends with their drivers. Dale was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! He was so kind and understanding. This was my first time working with any pet courier, and as terrifying as it was, Dale calmed my nerves and went well above my expectations. I can't stop talking to people about how easy and fantastic this service was. You will not go wrong by choosing Set Free Delivery, he is the best!

I'm extremely satisfied with Set Free Delivery. Dale sent a short video after he picked up Sierra. He sent another video the next morning. He kept me advised of the trip progress by text message. I would not hesitate to use Dale in the future if I needed a pet transported.

Dale was so professional and took great care of my honey. Gave me updates everyday telling the location and her status. They bonded and she didn’t want to leave him. Great prices and services would use him again!

Dale was fantastic! He was proactive, responsive and worked with a few scheduling curveballs that came up. He gave us video and text updates multiple times a day and took great care of my buddy!

Dale was amazing!! I have to admit, I’ve never done anything like this nor did I know it existed. It does, and was totally affordable. I bought an 8 week old puppy that lived over 1500 miles away. Dale picked her up and within 2 days she was at my doorstep. She was healthy and very happy. I got texts and videos along the way. I highly recommend!
