I require 1/2 payment at time of booking & the balance at delivery, unless other written arrangements are made with shipper at time of booking. Stephon was extremely professional, stayed in touch and very flexible. I booked him the day before I required my dog to be transported and he was able to accommodate all of my needs. HIs vehicle was extremely nice and big enough to accommodate a 103 lb. dog. He sent pictures along the way and I was able to track him the entire trip. I would definitely recommend using him. Five star service all the way...
