Simon picked up our dog in NC and delivered her to Florida in the same day. He was easy to work with, responded quickly and gave us updates along the way. I would recommend his services if you need to have your fur baby transported.

Simon did an amazing job in transporting our dog. It was a unique delivery as we did not have much information on our senior pup (rescue) , but he was patient and courteous with all my questions and concerns. He was able to provide a same day pickup, which was EXTREMELY important in our particular case. Simon took time to meet our dog before beginning the journey, which I’m sure helped ease our dog’s stress. GPS tracking and updates were provided throughout the long journey. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you, Simon!!

Simon was amazing. I was able to track him the entire time, he made impeccable time from MT to IL. He was patient with me when I needed to rearrange payment to him (I didn’t have what he used, so I had my sister do it on my behalf). I would 11/10 recommend Simon to anyone looking at pet transport. He made my anxiety of using a transport go away. He’s reassuring and wonderful. If I ever need another transport, or having clients needs transports, I am telling them about Simon. I am forever grateful for him and what he did for Coach and myself.

We had an amazing experience with Simon! From the moment I booked, he called right away to introduce himself and answer any questions I had. He was incredibly friendly and professional, which immediately put me at ease. Throughout the entire trip from Montana to Utah, Simon kept us updated with texts, pictures, and videos, and we were even able to track his location the whole way. He delivered our dog safely and quickly, and it was clear he genuinely cared about her well-being. I couldn’t have asked for a better transporter! Thank you, Simon!

Very professional and seamless! Came immediately as soon as I put out my request and got my two dogs to their destination safely and sooner than expected. Communication was great, did an amazing job at updating me on location and my dog’s activity. Definitely would recommend.
