Simon was amazing. I was able to track him the entire time, he made impeccable time from MT to IL. He was patient with me when I needed to rearrange payment to him (I didn’t have what he used, so I had my sister do it on my behalf). I would 11/10 recommend Simon to anyone looking at pet transport. He made my anxiety of using a transport go away. He’s reassuring and wonderful. If I ever need another transport, or having clients needs transports, I am telling them about Simon. I am forever grateful for him and what he did for Coach and myself.

We had an amazing experience with Simon! From the moment I booked, he called right away to introduce himself and answer any questions I had. He was incredibly friendly and professional, which immediately put me at ease. Throughout the entire trip from Montana to Utah, Simon kept us updated with texts, pictures, and videos, and we were even able to track his location the whole way. Very professional and seamless! Came immediately as soon as I put out my request and got my two dogs to their destination safely and sooner than expected. Communication was great, did an amazing job at updating me on location and my dog’s activity. Definitely would recommend.

From the moment my amazing Dane was on the move, I was able to see her route with Simon. I felt comfortable with my choice because Simon texted me along the way so I would know how my girl was doing. When there was a delay due to traffic, Simon called to assure me my dog was okay and that traffic was going to put him back a few minutes. When I saw Simon at my gate with my babygirl I knew that he had taken great care of her because she did not seem anxious or stressed. Simon did a phenomenal job in transporting our Minnie to us.
